We believe that one size doesn’t fit all, especially here in the Territory, so our dedicated, Darwin based customer service team work with you to develop custom solutions. We assess what products you need, who needs to order them, how often they need to be ordered, where they need to be delivered and when you need to restock. Our services are as diverse as our clients - ranging from simply setting up an online Office Choice account to managing complex remote multi-site ordering, stock and logistics. Products. Fetch, as part of the national Office Choice Group, has access to an extensive range from hundreds of national brands – from stationery and furniture to janitorial products; first aid and safety supplies to printers and signage; kitchen supplies to mail delivery and collection. We are also proud to have a range of local eco-friendly and indigenous products. Quick, one-step ordering. All your office supply ordering is done through one, simple online portal. We can recommend product lines, stock frequency, limits and quantities and delivery options to suit your budgets and timeframes. We work with you to customise your office’s product range and any order controls that need to be in place i.e. we can set up restricted product lists for multiple sites, or we can develop stock ordering schedules for remote sites to make sure freight is cost effective and on-time. Stock management. We use the most advanced software and fully- automated processes to ensure that we know the availability of every item in real-time. We pride ourselves on our proactive customer service team who make sure you know if any products are unavailable or delayed. If we need to substitute any items we will always let you know and offer an item of a high value. Territory-wide delivery. As a Territory business we understand the unique challenges our remote clients face – from high freight costs, long delivery times and damaged goods . We are experts in remote logistics and work with our clients to ensure their deliveries are as cost effective, timely and robust as possible. We have a range of options from Click Collect, delivery to third party courier, direct freight or Dropship. Our office supply needs are constantly changing? We can set up an Office Choice account, provide customer service and send you updates on all our new product ranges. We can track your ordering over 6 months to help you understand where efficiencies and cost savings can be made. We have multiple offices, and we want to find efficiencies? We can do a full office supply audit across all your sites and provide recommendations for reducing costs and creating efficiencies. You can have one account for all your offices, or each office can have its own account. Our fully automated stock and ordering system enables you to set up restricted product lines for multiple sites, with all orders being done through one web portal that will provide you with complete oversight. It’s so time-consuming checking all our stationery stocks? We can provide a full office supply management solution. We visit your office (weekly / fortnightly / monthly), check your stock, order what’s needed and restock your cupboards – all done! We are remote and do irregular one-off large orders? We will hold records of all your orders. We simply send you a pre-filled order form based on your favorites or regular range. All you have to do is edit this form which saves you having to try and find that order from 6 months ago! We are experts in Territory logistics and will work with you to determine the most time and cost-efficient way to deliver to the remotest parts of the Territory. We will always try and ensure that pallets are full, and we always pack remote orders based on the fact that they will be transported on our roughest roads or seas!

Supportive & Helpful

Fetch team has been very supportive and helpful, I didn't have an account set up, but Rey, Tracey & Terri are the representatives I have delt with and they are simply amazing with their customer service and ensuring that my request's was fulfilled.
