I sent my bike in for a simple gear…
I sent my bike in for a simple gear repair. When it was returned, it had damage that needed rectifying, and on a short test ride the original issue still wasn’t fixed as the gear continued to slip.
I returned the bike again and was told the technician couldn’t find anything wrong, other than a slightly bent derailleur, which they straightened. However, once the bike was returned to me and I took it for another quick ride, there was now a constant clicking noise in one gear — something that had never happened before.
I recorded a video of the issue and sent it, along with my comments, through their online portal. The only response I received was “sure”. That was over two weeks ago. After hearing nothing further, I made a formal complaint via the contact form on their website over a week ago and still haven’t received a response.
I tried calling their main number today to raise the issue, but only got an automated message saying they were busy and would get back to me, before the call was disconnected. There was no option to leave a phone number, so I have no idea how they intend to contact me.
Based on this experience, I would strongly recommend taking your bike to a proper, reputable bicycle repair shop rather than using this company.

I received an exceptional service from Will at the Colindale branch, a nice man who clearly knows and cares for what he is doing. He serviced and upgraded a few things on my ebike (despite some bits being a challenge) - now it rides like a dream and I am very happy.

Excellent service! I was a bit sceptical at first when the driver arrived in an Enterprise van and didn’t provide a receipt right away, which made me nervous. However, after calling the service, I was reassured that my bike was safe. I also downloaded the app, which made communication with the mechanics smooth and easy.
My hybrid Trek bike feels like new now — they replaced the motor and did the work at a very reasonable price compared to my local shop and others I checked. I’ll definitely recommend this service to my friends and will use it again in the future.
The only small downside was that the initial quote didn’t include the main repair (the motor replacement). I initially thought only a few basic things would be done, and the motor would be extra later, which made me a bit anxious about the final cost. In the end, the total price matched the work carried out, which was fair.
It might be a good idea for the service to provide a complete, upfront quote for all necessary repairs, so the client can approve or decline before the work starts. If declined, the bike could still be delivered back as promised (with free collection and quote).
Overall, a very positive experience — professional, affordable, and high-quality
