I booked an event in London around Christmas time, it was an outside event, upon arrival we was turned away due to high winds and rain and told we can request a refund through Fever, I contacted Fever who stated no refunds no matter what, they then offered me a voucher which lasted 30 days, I was out of the country for most of that month and work shifts so can only go on certain days when me and my partners shifts line up, so 30 days was not enough, I then contacted them about this and they did not respond, i requested a charge back through my bank and fever contested it, my bank states that due to their fine print, there is no way of getting money back or them reissuing the voucher, so I have lost out of £80 for an event that I booked and turned up to which was completely out of my control, awful customer service, take ages to reply to emails or don’t respond. Will never be booking through this company again and I could not believe they can just refuse a refund in this situation.

It is something different and totally surpassed my expectations. They clearly deliver to what you see on ads and webpage. Some beautiful expos, great photos and good place to unplug the mind! Truly recommend it!

I was skeptical that the lantern festival could deliver for the price I paid for the tickets.$78 for 3. But. Here we had the petting zoo, the train ride, the acrobatic show was absolutely a hit, the food so good. The arts and crafts were so different! We will be going again. We spent another $60 for 3 while there. That was a big deal for us. Every one was so talented and nice. The night was magical. Hopefully next year there will be more food trucks.

The whole venue was so beautiful and full of atmosphere, we loved the experience! And the musicians were top rate! Absolutely loved it and would not change a thing!!

The quartet was amazing . I wish they would sell a CD of this.!!!!

Really amazing new experience for me and my 6 year old child. Hope we get to see similar again some time.

Arte Museum was so creative and very interesting on the use of light, sound, and art!

The staff were friendly, the museum was beautiful and even the Korean inspired snacks were good! The gift shop were pretty reasonably priced. It was an amazing experience/date day and will surely be back!

I thought the overall experience was second to none. Intimate, smoothly ran, and fun. Only thing that could make it better is more people in the seats to add to the overall energy of the day. Thank you

This was perfect for my 9 year old Grandson, he was amazed by all the different exhibits and enjoyed building something when he came out of the exhibit

It’s was a really fun and educational experience for my entire family. Wish the VR part was longer though. Didn’t want it to end!

I went to Enchantry and tried VR goggles for the first time. It was far more fun than I had imagined—several times over.

I love heights, but the experience felt so real that I actually got scared and my legs froze. Flying over Umeda and looking down at a place I know so well from the sky was incredibly exciting.

The staff were also very friendly and kind. Next time, I’d love to try Enchantry Aquatica as well!

The evening was great. The music was amazing.
