Ordered on the 5th Dec, well within their "in time for Xmas" slogan on their website. Nothing has even been dispatched yet. No reply to 2 emails.

I'm afraid this company is a case of "we'll take your money and then maybe you'll get your item, at some point in the future, if you're lucky."

I assume most of these positive reviews are fake. Read the wording on them they are very similar!

Process times are outrageously long. Ordered on the 3rd December. Only now getting confirmation on the 14th that it was posted and that it will arrive on the 21st. Why on earth it takes so long to create a very simple product and the take so long to send it is beyond me. So many other companies provide the same service and get it to you within a few days.

I would have never ordered if I had known it would take this long.

Amazing product with great updates throughout the production process. My wife loved the final item that arrived very promptly after ordering. Great personalised and handmade item.

Great gift Idea!

It’s been an awful experience so far. It’s been more than one month that I placed my order, which was supposed to arrive on time for a Christmas present, and of the three communications I’ve sent them, they have responded only one with incomplete information. They sent me a tracking number and the delivery company continues to say they are still expecting the products. I don’t even know if I will get anything and their customer service is completely useless

Dec 27 update
Products eventually arrived and they reimbursed the cost (which is what I would have expected considering I had to buy a replacement Christmas gift). The key ring and the bracelet I bought are just fine. Quality seems good but the printing could had been better, the eyes of dog look as if she was super sad (and she is a Dachshund!)

Very happy with the order experience and product when it arrived. It mirrored the photo and was spot on. Highly recommend. If anything would upgrade!!

The feyral I ordered looks exactly like the picture I sent in. The process didn’t take too long and I was very happy with the updates during it. Would highly recommend anyone who is contemplating it to go for it. I doubt you will be disappointed.

Ordered a keychain for my girlfriend and she loved it. The quality is great! Definitely recommend people give this a try.

I ordered 2 feyral key rings as christmas presents and was so impressed by them i ordered 2 more of different family animals for different members of our family. The likeness to the photos i sent is unreal, i can’t wait to give them on christmas day and see their faces. i have recommended feyral to others and i will definitely use again.
