Great Desk Easy to Assemble

i paid £170 for L-Shaped Basic desk which can be rasied. It was a piece of cake to assemble, took about an hour. I honestly cant believe some of the reviews stating a difficult assmebly it only has about 10 pieces, its a really good product. highly recommend

The desk is fine. Service was terrible

The desk is fine. Not the best quality but fine. However, they sent me the wrong hardware for my desk. When I contacted support, they offered me $20 to just work with what I had. The box the hardware arrives in says they will send you new hardware if what they sent wasn't correct. At no point would offer to send me the correct pieces and they would not confirm they sent the wrong stuff. Basically buy the desk if you're comfortable drilling your own holes and even cutting metal.

Desk arrived damaged. Company offered me $15 bucks “out of goodwill” to “touch it up”. There is chunks missing.
Avoid if at all possible. Will never order from them again.

Specifically bought a desk because we were looking for an electric standing desk that had casters.

Spoke to an agent prior to ordering to make sure the desk I was ordering came with casters, they told me it did.

It arrived without casters, went back to their webchat and was told they don't have casters for this desk and I should buy some from amazon.

Missing parts- wouldn’t provide

I ordered a standing desk from Fezibo which had missing screws so I couldn’t assemble it. When I contacted them they said the screws were out of stock and I could buy replacements from Amazon ( they’d refund me afterwards with proof of purchase).
Amazon didn’t have them in stock. They then said I should go to a local shop to source and purchase myself. I wasn’t prepared to go through all this hassle so requested to return the desk. They said I couldn’t return the package once I’d opened it. This is in breach of trading standards as by missing parts the item is classed as faulty, the very definition of faulty- a desk that cannot be assembled due to missing parts!
The bot you have to be in contact with just kept regurgitating the same useless “ try Amazon” advice.

For the money, really impressed!

Ordered a desk last year and have had zero problems with it since, the stick on LED strip wasn’t very good but that was an easy fix, I just replaced it with a store bought one and now it looks great. Considering the money you pay for a desk from fezibo you could buy two for the price of another brand. I have not had to deal with customer services so cannot comment on their reliability. Other than that well worth it in my opinion.

Just Avoid - They Hold Your Money

Nearly 20 days to be told half the desk was damaged in transit. Constantly pushed back when asking for a refund. The worst online purchasing experience I have had since ecommerce began. They are based in Hong Kong and their items are made in China. You will be waiting!!! There are other similar priced options on the local markets with better customer support experience. Just avoid.

Avoid at all costs

Avoid!

I ordered an electric standing desk and the matching drawers. The drawers were delivered quickly by DPD but the desk was sent via EVRI (why!?).

I appreciate Fezibo aren't responsible for Evri's actions but the customer service at Fezibo wasn't exactly brilliant.

I had to ask for another desk to be dispatched, which Fezibo kindly organised, but with Evri again who have sicne lost the second desk! When I've gone back to Fezibo to ask them to dispatch a third time but via a different carrier, they are now asking for proof of delivery of the parcel so I am aghast at how they expect me to take photos of a box that has never even attempted to be delivered to my front door!

I'm now trying to get a refund for the desk but can't seem to get anywhere so will have to contact my credit card company.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Incorrect item received and awful customer service

I bought a standing desk which arrived quickly and with all the parts, however the drawers had been subbed for a different colour which does not match the desk. When I queried this with customer service (including a picture) they lied and told me they were the correct colour. I then set screenshots of their website and they backtracked and said they had sent these drawers as the other ones were out of stock - they did not check with me before doing this! I asked how long it would be before they were in stock and they ignored this and said they'd offer me a £7 refund. I said it wasn't about the money and I'd be happy to wait for when the drawers come in stock and they offered that I could have drawers that were the correct colour but smaller than would fit my desk or a £15 refund. After several back and fourth I settled for the pathetic refund but would never shop with this awful company again.

Wish I'd read the reviews first - DO NOT BUY

Wish I'd read the reviews first as there seems to be a lot of issues.
Absolutely shocking - DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY.
Desk arrived faulty, only one side of the desk would raise. Had to send multiple videos of trouble shooting - their email address does not accept large files so I had to share videos in Google, you would think if they were asking your for MULTIPLE long videos of troubleshooting their email would accept the files?
After a long back and forth, where they decided the rod was the issue (which I don't believe it is), they sent me a new one. This has been delivered to some unknown address I can't find. I have contacted Evri but they have advised I contact the seller, who are telling me to contact evri. Now stuck with a desk that doesn't work, because it won't raise at all it doesn't even work as a static desk. Waste of money, waste of space and the most frustrating customer service - it is hours or days waiting on a response :(

So disappointed I wasted £170 and hours of troubleshooting on this.

We purchased the FEZIBO Brasa Full Surround Triple Drawer Electric Adjustable Standing Desk with Shelf for my partner's office, and we're very pleased. Ordering was easy, and it arrived quickly—placed the order Sunday night, and it was here by Wednesday. The box was big and heavy, but manageable.

The quality of the parts stood out—sturdy and well-made, with decent wood panels (though not oak). Assembly took about 3 hours, and while the instructions were clear, we had to use a few washers to fix some improperly drilled holes. Other than that, everything was excellent: well-finished, high-quality, with thoughtful attention to detail, including spare fixings.

It’s surprising to see some negative reviews, as our experience was fantastic from start to finish. For the price, we wouldn’t expect it pre-assembled, and everything was clearly labeled and packaged to avoid confusion. We’d happily order from FEZIBO again. Highly recommended—thank you!

I recently had a terrible experience…

I recently had a terrible experience with FEZIBO that I feel compelled to share. I usually don't leave bad reviews. Dealing with their customer service has been nothing short of frustrating. I received a package that was in horrible condition, and upon opening it, I discovered that the table was damaged.

When I reached out to request a full refund and offered to return the damaged items, their response was shockingly inadequate. Instead of addressing my concerns appropriately, they simply attempted to offer me a measly $20 as compensation. This is not only unacceptable, but it also reflects poorly on their commitment to customer satisfaction.

Overall, my experience with FEZIBO has been a joke. Their customer service is atrocious, and I would strongly advise others to think twice before purchasing from them. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere! If I could give NO stars, that would be the experience.

I ordered a standing desk that came in two separate parcels (I suppose that was fine), but the desk itself had a huge piece broken off, which wasn't inside the box. This implies that the piece was already broken off before it was packed in its box. Bearing in mind we had already dismantled the old desk, which was a mistake, they took a whole week to deliver a new desk, which was also broken, and I'm still yet to receive a replacement. I strongly recommend that you stay away from this website.

Fezibo let down by Evri's shockingly poor delivery

I'm extremely disappointed with Fezibo, not because of the product itself (which I haven't even been able to properly inspect yet!), but because of their choice of courier, Evri. My delivery experience was absolutely appalling. Two parcels, along with a large table top, were delivered (or rather, not delivered) in the most careless and irresponsible manner imaginable. Despite me being home all day, the Evri driver didn't even attempt to bring the items to my door. Instead, they were dumped in the communal lobby of my building, completely unattended and vulnerable to theft. To add insult to injury, the large table top was propped against other residents' postboxes, blocking their access! This is utterly unacceptable. While I understand Fezibo isn't directly responsible for the driver's actions, they are responsible for the courier they choose to represent their brand. This experience has severely tarnished my view of Fezibo, and I'm hesitant to recommend them to anyone while they continue to use such a dreadful delivery service. I hope Fezibo takes this feedback seriously and considers switching to a more reliable courier. Until then, I'd advise potential customers to be very wary if their order is being shipped by Evri.

First review I have ever written…

This is the first review that I have ever written in my life, no service has ever been as bad as dealing with Fezibo.

From start to finish the process has been absolutely abhorrent, multiple errors took place before I had even received the packages. The desk will be delivered in separate packages by different couriers on different days (that’s if they send you your right order to begin with).

I got 2 sets of legs/motors delivered by mistake, the boxes were extremely heavy so this has been nothing but a burden. Currently just sat in my hallway with nowhere to go.

I have been going back and forth with them trying to arrange collection of the additional package. Firstly I was told that they don’t have any return labels available and therefore cannot accept it, followed by they don’t accept UK returns at all, following this I told that instead they will do me favour and “gift me” the item that I do not want. Once I rejected their gift, I was told in three separate replies to my emails asking for a solution that I could just donate it. I’ll just get that 30KG box over my shoulder and walk it to the British Heart Foundation. I still have the package sat in my hallway.

Since I have mentioned the UK consumer act that states they have to accept returns if too many goods were delivered, their reply? That would be a burden to us, and it would suit both of us much better if I were to just DONATE IT.

The customer service is actually very quick to reply, this would ordinarily be a positive but given that they are too lazy to actually provide a solution it’s entirely moot. Just as an FYI, if you get Mark from the UK customer service team prepare to pull your hair out, I don’t think there is a less helpful man on the entire planet.

Outside of the awful service, actually putting the desk together is horrific, the pieces have been shoddily put together so none of the screws/bolts line up. There are uniform instructions that apply to all Fezibo desks rather than the one you have bought, so it’s a lot of guess work.

Annoyingly, now the desk is together it’s actually quite good. But from the other reviews, it sounds as though it will only be a matter of months before the motor stops working.

This is by far the item I regret buying most in my entire life, it has from start to present been one the annoying process I’ve been unfortunate to be a part of. Why why why did I not read the reviews before purchasing? Please if you are reading this before considering buying, do not do it. Don’t do it yourself. I can guarantee that every non-bad review here is fake.

If you are unfortunate enough to have already purchased then remember the UK consumer act should be at least a bit of help.

Used furniture, packaged like garbage.

I haven’t even put this together yet so I can’t speak to quality of product. I can speak to the poor packaging and labeling of product. I received a box bursting open and could hear the parts ratting around. First thought was it was mishandled during delivery, but then I opened the box and realized it was packaged this way. The item was obviously a return, and not disclosed as open box when purchased, everything was thrown in the box, the protective foam was just thrown in the box like garbage, not actually protecting anything. None of the pieces are labeled, following the already subpar instruction manual should be fun. I should send it back and save myself the trouble of putting it together and potentially having to take apart if I find a defect, but it’s here and the desk is what I was looking for so I’m going to see it through to hopefully a positive end result.

I will never order from this company again. To ship merchandise in this condition says everything about the lack of care and quality, not to mention charging full price for a returned, opened item and not disclosing it. I wasn’t expecting high end furniture at the price point, but I was expecting it be new. I wish I could share pictures of what I received. I did email the company with pictures of the mess I received.

Incredible Value

I was a little put off from reading previous reviews but my experience couldn't have been better. The delivery was swift, all parts were incuded in the package, the assembly instructions were fine. The desk works perfectly and is incredible value for money.

Grateful to know UK CONSUMER RIGHTS ACT

I wish id read reviews before making a purchase.

Id purchased a desk at a specific size only to have the wrong size arrive, a size that didnt fit in my small space. Id gotten in touch with customer service in the hopes of sending back this desk in order to get the correct size. They initially tried to say that id ordered the wrong item, and after sending all my confirmations they confirmed that the mistake was on their end.
Despite this they insisted that they could not send me the correct size OR a refund. Their suggestion was that I should sell the desk, which is a completely unprofessional suggestion. We had a few emails back and forth only to conclude the only thing they could offer me was £30 OR a free accessory as a "good will gesture."

Luckily I am very aware of my rights as a per the UK Consumer Rights Act and encourage every uk customer to check it as well. I was able to confirm that I am entitled to a full refund for receiving an item not as described. This allowed me to go to my payment provider with all of the interactions from the retailer, and they were able to raise a dispute on the charge.

I encourage everyone to review the UK Consumer Rights Act so you are aware of what you're entitled to as a consumer.
