I've been using their services since patch 6.2 (Endwalker) they always meet my expectations. Always give you a time window and attempt to get the job done within the window given, always notify if any delays hit and or unexpected events, they let you know when they're going to start and when they're done.

Customer service always responds in a timely manner to any questions and concerns, they also provide a stream of the run upon request.

Always have a pleasant experience working with them and can highly recommend due to the quality of service they offer and honesty they give.

If you are hesitant about these kind of services, then let me put your mind at ease. Purchased the service then got a discord message the same day scheduling a time and date. Ran into a scheduling snag but the group was understanding and got the clear the following night. Was able to watch on stream and see the action. Will easily recommend this group for other clear especially if you are at your wits end with prog and just want to get it done.

Please know that they are legitimate if you are unsure or undecided about buying; I don't have much time to spend on progging an ultimate. I initially had a lot of questions, but they answered them, and I was able to obtain the weapon I desired as a result!

Important information upfront, they are legitimate and trustworthy. Adept at keeping in contact as other customers have said, and they were very responsive to any and all questions.

I love these guys, man. I have been going to them for about 2 years now. Whenever party-finder is just too damn trash to clear, I go to these guys if I have the money. Ultimate weapons are really cool and I do not get along with many statics so when I get the funds I pay for the clear. I have never regretted business from these guys. You will not be disappointed.
