Was just what I needed and much better than having to replace the entire dashcam.

I ordered a skating trikoot for my daughter, it turned out small for her. So I suggested to return the item. However, Grandado suggest that I can keep it and save the shipping cost for the return.

It's hard to get replacement bulbs for my electric advent candle bridge in Australia. I was pleased to find them at a reasonable price including free international shipping at Grandado. They arrived much faster than I thought they would and were packaged really well to avoid any breakages.

Seems like a good concept but it takes agesss to actually get money because you get such a little amounts every time you rate something

Product was perfect but delivery time Wayne too long!

I made my order in Mid July and received information that it is on the way.
As I did not get any information for the delivery, I checked the state of play with tracking service.
It seemed that the postal service had returned my order to the sender after two attempts to reach me. I found out that Grandado had not given my GSM-number for the postal service and the e-mail as my contact mail was not mine.
I managed to contact the Grandado customer service (chat) and my order was promised to resent to me.
Again, as I neither got any delivery notice nor a new tracking code tried to contact the Grandado customer service (twice) by using the form. I got no reply.

Only at the time, I supposed to review the order, and replying to that mail, I got an answer. In the end Grandado had not even resent my order but was ready to refund the amount paid. Even though I wrote to them that I am not any more using the same credit card and would like to be refunded through different account, the refund had been executed.... I would say that Grandado should now take a serious look to the way they send the orders and also check what is wrong with the customer service.
This was my first and last order from Grandado.

Read carefully and understand. I took apart a 25 year old Philips shaver. I took a series of numbers from the battery. Google found this store and battery with this number. I ordered a new battery and paid in the online bank. The product was out of stock. With a couple of emails, I got my money back into my bank account. The money is already in the account.
( I hope this objective and honest review is published. The previous ones have been rejected, even though I write 100% facts. )

5 stars are for Sam who is working of FiGrandad because he is responsible and diligent about his task and polite to me every time. I don't want nothing to comment on postal transport.
