Ordered a factory spec Ford Transit in…

Ordered a factory spec Ford Transit in March 2025. As of October 30 I still don’t have the vehicle, even though it has been in the country for three months. I’m told we are waiting for the partition to be fitted. What is most disappointing is the lies they have been feeding me for the last three months, ‘next week’ ‘imminent’ ‘be patient’ . I went ahead and made an official complaint, it has been 17 days since I made this but I have yet to receive a response. Allinall I would say I was very disappointed with their lack of professionalism and utter arrogance, which is in contrast to what I thought was a fantastic service when I ordered the vehicle.
