Fiat will leave you stranded. They literally do not care.

Tedious, slow moving, not fit for purpose.

I have owned motorhomes for years and this is my first dealing with this shower.

Unprofessional, unhelpful and uncaring.

Never ever buy a Fiat.

Never buy a Fiat.

Just incase…,don’t trust Fiat! Don’t buy one!!

Our experience of Fiat Professional UK…

Our experience of Fiat Professional UK is we bought a brand new Ducato 2022. Serviced it at 15,30,45,60 miles. At 71k we serviced it again at the main dealer as it had a small fault covered under warranty. At 93k Timing belt went. Fiat washed there hands of us totally. Said we used none authorised dealers. In other words normal garages. Wouldnt even offer a contributions to the cost. We run a fleet of 15 Fiat vans all bought from the same dealer as well.

Brand new (Sept 2024) Ducato infotainment

Had my brand new (Sept 2024) Ducato for 3 weeks then the infotainment stopped working (no sound). Took it to my local Professional dealer to sort out an, what I though would be an easy, 'fix'.
The dealer tried a new infotainment unit but that didn't work so they got in touch with Fiat for some technical advice as the antenna is deep in the dashboard. 3 weeks and going they still haven't received any communication from Fiat with regards as to which way to proceed.
Terrible customer service
Fixed in the end ... 4 weeks to find out it was a loose connection in the back of the unit ... wouldn't that be the first thing you'd check for.

Refusal to contribute to repair cost

The timing belt failed on my Ducato based campervan that was 3 years and 5 months old, done 21k miles. The replacement interval is minimum of 4 years and a lot more miles than 21k and that's with lots of idling/urban driving which I don't do, with ‘normal’ driving it'd be every 5 years. Thankfully there was no engine damage and it seems to be running smoothly after the new belt and water pump were installed. Just to emphasise, the garage service was fine, this is about Fiat. I'd contacted Fiat Professional Customer Service after collecting the van and paying for the repair to ask if they would be prepared to offer a part payment as a gesture of goodwill given the belt clearly shouldn't have failed. To cut a long story short, I got nowhere. A lot of waffle that I’d already paid the invoice and they don’t have a system whereby they can reimburse, utter nonsense! Legally of course they can do what they want given the warranty had expired, but as I'd written to them, given the vital nature of the timing belt then I think morally they have a duty to contribute. Not so much Customer Service as saying no to the customer and giving excuses as to why they can't contribute or help. Rubbish service and morals.

FIAT CUSTOMER SERVICE IS A DISGRACEFUL

FIAT CUSTOMER SERVICE IS A DISGRACEFUL, MY EXPERIENCE OF OWNING A FIAT VEHICLE HAS PERSONALLY COST ME £5000 FOR A VEHICLE THAT HAD DONE 9000 MILES. ENGINE REBUILD, FIAT SAID IM NOT A LOYAL CUSTOMER, AS DIDN’T BUY ANY CAR MATS ETC.
IM SPEECHLESS, WHEN I COMPLAINED, WAS THREATENED WITH SOLICITORS. ONLY VOICE I HAVE IS HERE.
