Exceptional service, good communications and service exactly as offered.

Excellent comms with Fibre Connect prior to the install.
Straightforward installation of the fibre optic cable into the house from another contractor, though they had to remove the copper phone cable at the same time, meaning we no longer have a telephone landline or access to those wonderful nuisance phone calls!! (For info the installers removed it as there were already 30 wires to the pole and we rarely use the landline phone nowadays).
The Fibre Connect engineer arrived promptly, installed the router and made sure it was all working correctly.
We have an existing Mesh wireless system in the house and he very kindly set it up with the new router.
From the start we're achieving the quoted speeds with no apparent reduction during busy times.
At all times there was no mess and minimum disruption.
Overall an excellent experience with Fibre Connect. Many thanks!

Fibre connect engineer arrived today(Nelson), was polite knew exactly how I wanted the cabling and router set up etc. Easy to discuss my requirements with.Got on with the installation. Talked me through everything as he set them up, Mesh system, computer, smart phones and TVs. Left with all working. Great guy.

Really impressed by the customer service from Fibre Connect! It took half a day for my internet to be set up, so quick and easy!! I would highly recommend as I was online so quick and staff were lovely!

From ordering to completion took 36 hours. This might have been unusual but it happened to us. We now have the lite version of their packages yet we still have over 200mbs download and upload for considerably less money than we were paying for a poorer service before. The staff we dealt with were professional, courteous and a pleasure to deal with.

Brilliant service! Fast installation and excellent customer service. Tom stayed for as long as we needed to set up all of our devices on e we were up and running and gave us fantastic reassurance in the event of any issues in the future. We now have reliable broadband everywhere in our property including in our summerhouse in the garden !

Fibreconnect have been amazing ! From the initial phone call to enquiry about services through to the installation of the Fibre line (done by City Fibre but coordinated by Fibreconnect) the process has been brilliant.

The ability to speak to a real knowledge human local to the North East is simply legendary.

After City Fibre connected the house Fibreconnect were quick to get me up and running. Tom was brilliant, setting up the router and altering its settings to enable my ancient printer to connect to the wi-fi network. There was a minor issue with the connection which he took the time to resolve. And great speeds as promised!

I’ve had a number of broadband providers over the years and Fibreconnect is by far the best. When you contact their customer service, you get rapid and helpful replies by email or phone, and communicate with the same person throughout. After CityFibre installed my line, the Fibreconnect team came out the same night to install my router and answer my questions. Really cannot fault them - thank you and keep up the good work!
