Our customer service team emailed you the same day that the order was placed informing you that as per the note on the product webpage, we are currently out of stock of the stainless steel screws that come with our fixing kits, and so asked you if you would like just the adhesive sent instead. As we received no response from this we also called you and left a message on your answerphone. Great service, delivered in 2 days, grip strips very good quality, easily fitted and look really good, went for the stone coloured on a new decking ramp for elderly mother in law, makes the ramp feel really safe.

I phoned for some advice first and the young lady who answered was very helpful. So I bought 2 of the GRP mesh panels to make a bikewash area which arrived a few days later.
