She communicated immediately that there was a delay and that items I ordered would not be available. She let me know when she was on the way. She was very nice!

This company is TERRIBLE. I ordered this stuff LAST YEAR and they are JUST now sending me a review so that should tell you a lot. The clothes were thin and cheap and nothing like the picture. The wrong color was sent and it took months to ship. Don’t waste your money or time.

Still waiting for my items - I ordered them in November 2019. So I will kindly advise you to not order from this site!! It is a big lie!

Do not buy from this site, you have been warned! Arrival date said between 2-3 weeks, it was more like 2-3 months. I emailed dozens of times regarding the whereabouts of my items, a fraction of the time they would respond with a “sorry, keep waiting”. And when several items arrived, cloths were disguising, nothing like the pictures. I literally had to throw it all away.

Dreadful - as all other reviews have said; fraudulent company selling cheep goods that look nothing like what’s being advertised. Took 6 weeks to receive my order. Awful clothes that do not reflect the price I paid.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. It’s a scam.

Worst experience! Bought a top and skirt... Horrible green fleece! Nothing like the photos and don't get money back if the items don't fit! No one buy from here!!!!!!!!!

If I could give 0 stars I would. I paid extra for next day shipping and the product didn’t ship for 3 weeks. When I received it it looked nothing like the picture was made of poor thin materials and not good quality. 10/10 do not recommend worst $60 I ever spent. Oh and they don’t do returns.

Awful. The quality is less than poor and customer service is even worse. They tell you free returns when you go to order but that is totally untrue.
When i emailed them regarding my dress that was 3 sizes too big and terrible quality (almost falling apart before worn), they respond in broken language that they don't accept returns. I think the most infuriating part of it is the fact that it took over a month to get to me and I had ordered for holiday parties, all of which I missed since the order showed up so late. Their tracking system is super sketchy too. All in all, do NOT order from Ficcia.com.

I don’t even know where to begin. Shipping was terrible (I paid for express and the clothes still took over a month). I was able to get a refund on the ‘express’ part of the shipping but it did nothing to get the clothes faster.

When the clothes did arrive they looked very cheap and had crooked seams and hanging threads. The back of one dress used damaged fabric that had a weird mark on it. They also didn’t look like the quality that was shared online. I’m pretty sure one of the dresses wasn’t even in the same fabric.

Finally when I requested a return, I received a very informal response that told me to read the site’s return policy (which I had). It was rude and dismissive, and clearly didn’t make any attempt to respond to my note about the damage.

I learned my lesson. Big mistake.

Beware, this is a scam! There is no way to resolve customer disputes or complain about this company as they have hidden all contact details save an email address, from public view. If I could give less than 1* I would. I have learnt my lesson - always read the reviews before you buy. The reviews here are all the same as my experience. I purchased a purple polka-dot dress and when I received it in the UK (a long time later I might add, for a large additional cost) it was clearly not the same dress. Awful quality, different colour and even a different style. At most it was a cheap replica of what was advertised. The customer service team (I hesitate to call it that as they were rude in their response) said they cannot refund unless damaged. I am unsure how that can lawfully be the only way to refund - they did not actually send me the item I asked for. They also made me go to the trouble of sending them photos of what I had received even though they clearly had no intention of doing anything other than fobbing me off.

Everything is terrible about this website! The shipping took forever and when i finally got my items the quality was so poor that i just tossed them in the trash! Save your time and money!

Do not order from this website!! I wish I had read these reviews prior to purchasing! The shipping took 4 weeks, and when it finally arrived, the quality was absolutely terrible. I ordered a “winter” coat, and it was so thin, it felt like a thin house robe. I reached out to them and they said only if it’s defective Can I return it (apparently poor quality doesn’t count), even though the website says 30 day back guarantee. I also tried to write a review in the product in the website to help others from ordering, and it had to be approved first. Which of course it won’t make the cut. This is a scam!! Do not use!!!

This is one of those online sites that we keep hearing about that are basically out to rob you and not give you what you ordered. I had purchased, what looked like a sweater set of a white turtle neck and a long sweater skirt to match. When it arrived, the material was TERRIBLE. It looked like that fleece material that you can get for 5 cents a yard. Or what you get handed at a football game for free, to wave around in the stands. It looked nothing like what was pictured. When I emailed them, they told me to read the return details on the site. Which took me forever to find. This was not made clear when I purchased this. They told me because it wasn't damaged I wasn't able to return it. So I wrote them stating, if I was to buy thousands of dollars in clothing and none of it fit and it was still in perfect condition, I would be unable to return it? They said they were sorry and could give me six dollars. Which is probably how much it took to make this dress. STAY CLEAR! I have never written bad reviews in my life, I don't waste my time to be honest, but the fact these clothing stores keep popping up to basically rob people, is just terrible. The fact the people behind the scenes can even do this to other human beings is something disgraceful.
