Acquistato l’oggetto a giugno, sotto indicazione (errata) di un idraulico.
Arrivato e constatato che non andava bene, entro i termini stabiliti e seguendo le indicazioni ricevute eseguiamo il reso (circa metà luglio).
Rimborso mai ottenuto, nonostante le promesse ricevute a seguito delle numerose mail e chiamate al servizio clienti. Non sono stato mai ricontattato, nonostante la promessa a riguardo da parte del servizio clienti.
Sto valutando di agire per vie legali.
