FIDE is absolutely garbage now because you have people that hack and make your server mess us so you loose time because your pieces won’t move it’s trash I don’t think I’m gonna ever play chess anymore because of this bs trash that aren’t even real chess player
Think this is a scam. Paid in full about one month ago. I have made three attemts to contact via mail on homesite and also on e-mail adress stated elsewhere on the site and I have called and left message three times. No response whatsoever. I´ll give this 2 more weeks the involve the police and bank.

Similar to the other review on this site, I am beginning to think that this site is a scam. I ordered a chess set on November 1st. I received an order confirmation which stated that I would be informed once the chess set had been shipped. It is now December 5th and I have yet to hear from the company. I have attempted to contact them via their online form with no response. I have called twice and left messages (their voicemail is not helping the situation as it does not sound at all professional). I have yet to hear from them an am starting to wonder if I will ever receive the chess set.
I am incredibly frustrated by this and would not recommend buying anything from this site.
Update on December 16th: I have yet to hear anything from the company. I have been calling and emailing almost everyday. I have even started to email the CEO of Agon Limited, the company that is coordinating the sale of these chess sets in retail stores. I have heard nothing from anyone.
Paid for full set of the FIDE official chess set (pieces and board) and got an immediate order confirmation email. This after a nice email correspondence with a representative via email. A couple of days later the rather large sum of money was gone from my account, so all should be in order, right? Not quite; heard absolutely nothing for over a week, then wrote to get an update on my order, heard nothing, After another week wrote again and still heard nothing back. Third week wrote someone from the FIDE chess organisation, only one else listed on my order confirmation (the CEO Mr. Merenzon with AgonLimited), still heard nothing. Basically thought by now I had been scammed. and wrote a scam report of caution here on trust pilot. Then 7 weeks later in total, -1 week after after my scam report here on trust pilot, my set showed up. I would not order anything from them in the future...
