SCAM Company - AVOID!

Paid for 2 challenges both with insurance. Passed one, failed one. Not only will Fidelcrest not provide the new insured challenge, they won't progress me to verification on the passed challenge despite not failing any objectives.

I've written to them multiple times with no reply. This is clearly a scam company. I'm now in the process getting my card provider to do a charge back.

FYI: I'm funded with FTMO and TFF so I'm not new to any of this. I didn't breach any rules. It's just a scam company located in Cyprus.

Had two accounts in Phase 2 review for…

Had two accounts in Phase 2 review for quite some time around 1.5 months and now I see my account is failed. Contacted support via the chat and they say its 3rd party trading and sharing credentials and cheating - ALL not true as I trade by myself and place trades without anyone's help and also have not shared credentials with anyone and thats the truth. This is my genuine experience.

Keep away from this prop firm as they make up the rules to suit themselves and avoid paying out legit traders.

Go trade with a prop firm that pays out the traders.

Dont buy any challenge..

Worst prop firm ever. I succesfully passed my account phase 1, waited for 13 days for the verification and after that was told that someone else was trading for my account. This never happened. i was the only one trading for this account but somehow they considered not to give me phase 2... crazy. There are prop firms out there much better than this. Worst experience i had with prop firm and lost my time.!!!
