They were so quick to take money but the customer service was horrible. It was more so the driver. Odalis (I believe was her name) was nice. I was told that I can't have more than 150 pounds in my trunk, but the driver said it didn't even matter by that time I already paid extra for luggage when it could've gone in my car for free.... She told me that the driver will call me to give me updates on how the drive was going & what day he'll have my car to me. I was told it'll take 3-5 days & the driver will give me a specific date on when my car will arrive. Also I can call the driver anytime for the status of my specific car delivery. I gave my car to the driver on a Thursday, I didn't call him until Friday night just to see how things were going being that HE HAD MY CAR. The driver answered the phone with an attitude then he screamed at me when I asked him how was everything he said he'll call me once he's close & hung up. I was completely confused because I was told that I CAN call for an update on the status on my car. I didn't call again until Saturday evening & the driver still had an attitude as if I was running him down for money he owed me or something. I just asked if he was close & what time he thinks he'll be in NY. I called him Sunday morning being that it was the 3rd day and that was the date suggested that my car will arrived and he still had an attitude, not once did I receive any good customer service from this man he was rude and had a disgusting attitude. I actually had my dad call him and that's when he told my dad that he'll be at the meeting spot around 5 p.m. This was 3p.m. Being that I didn't have a car I had to take the train. The driver DID NOT stop calling down my phone once I told him I was on my way. It was the most horrible experience ever, if I have to transport my car ever again I'll NEVER use fedelity auto shipping.

We were unaware that this transpired, and will do a better job in screening our carriers for you and our other customers in the future. Hopefully you may reconsider your star rating with us based on our service level, and not of the drivers service level. The driver was sublet based on your route and not an employee of Fidelity Auto Shipping. We understand that the driver may have appeared to be the face of our company, but we assure you they are not a representative of who we are. Again we apologize how the driver handled your service and will make sure to discipline that carrier accordingly. If you would like to review the carrier directly you can do so by reviewing "Chelsea Towing Corp". We hope that we at least provided you with an adequate service and apologize thrice for the terrible service received by the carrier and on their behalf.
Delivered as promised, earlier at a lower rate
I decided to use Fidelity off of a recommendation from a friend and after dealing with larger, higher volume brokers that were quoting almost $200 more. Fidelity picked up my vehicle on time, delivered my vehicle as promised AND at a rate that was lower than expected.
