I’m really disappointed with my recent purchase vacuum cleaner and lack of customer support

I’m really disappointed with my recent experience. The vacuum cleaner Fieety I purchased performs far below expectations — the suction is weak and it struggles with basic cleaning tasks.

What’s even more frustrating is the lack of customer support. I’ve sent multiple emails and haven’t received a single response. It’s incredibly disappointing to be left without any help after purchasing a product.

I wouldn’t recommend based on my experience, and I hope the company improves both its product quality and customer service.
