Very convenient way of eating healthy meals when I have to work long hours and can't get the time or energy to cook. Tasty too!

After a recent medical issue, I needed to completely overhaul my lifestyle to focus on weight loss and reducing inflammation. I was advised to adopt a Mediterranean diet, but finding the time and energy to prepare the right food from scratch every day was a challenge. Discovering Field Doctor has been an absolute game-changer. Their meals perfectly align with the anti-inflammatory diet I need, and the quality is outstanding. It takes all the stress out of eating well, and I am absolutely delighted with the results so far. Highly recommended!

I'mBrought £100 worth of meals as reading the information I thought they sounded good. However we found the meals really watery and bland. The Thai green curry lacked flavour, chicken fatty and minimal. I like to keep track of macros in my fitness pal but the 2 meals so far don't scan. We have 4 meals left not sure I'll eat them if I'm honest. I wouldn't buy them again which is a shame as I was looking for a healthy alternative when time is tight. Very average, bought the high protein meals for one , have had cottage pie and sweet and sour chicken and they have been okay... Chicken was very fatty in the s and s. Have 5 more left but I don't think IL be buying again.

Genuinely a really good 'ready meal'. Great tasting, lots of veg and nutritious. I often get these in when we are having busy periods and won't be able to cook from scratch. It stops us buying convenience food from the supermarket.

I used Field Doctor during Perimenopause because hormone fluctuations were making it difficult for me to cook. The meals are nice and deliveries arrived on time.

However, after several months of eating the quinoa free pasta and rice dishes for lunch and their other quinoa free meals for dinner I developed a Vitamin B12 deficiency which has made my perimenopause symptoms much worse. B12 is essential for metabolising Estrogen and there is very little in the chicken, rice and pasta dishes - it comes from dairy, fish, lamb and beef. So, whilst I acknowledge there are some dishes with beef mince in them and a salmon one with quinoa, I would advise people going through perimenopause to be careful with this diet and make sure you have enough variety to get this vitamin.

Field Doctor have been a game changer for me. I don't have time to cook and needed a healthy frozen option to improve my diet. I expected the meals to be bland, but they are surprisingly tasty. Favourites include the teriyaki salmon, the Thai green curry, and the chicken, tomato and borlotti bean pasta bowl.

One other thing worth mentioning is the customer service. It's easy to praise a company when everything goes smoothly, but I think the real test is how they respond when something goes wrong.

I've had a couple of issues over the past year of using them, mostly involving delivery problems (this was completely the fault of the carrier, not Field Doctor). On each occasion their customer service has been excellent. Alex and Lauren have been quick to respond, helpful, and focused on finding a solution. They even switched me over to a different delivery carrier to prevent the problem happening again.

That level of support gives me real confidence in the company and it is one of the reasons why I continue to order from them and regularly recommend them.

Well after eating these low fodmap meals for IBS as I have Fibromyalgia I have started to now notice a improvement in many ways so now I’m having a few Mediterranean meals as I have inflammation all over my body. Also the containers you microwave you don’t burn your hands and they stay strong unlike the ones from supermarkets

I found Field Doctor while looking for healthy ready meals I could order online for my mother in law who lives with us (independently in an annexe) but can no longer cook from
scratch for herself. She really enjoys her food. and we really wanted to find her something nutritious with no nasties, that tasted as fresh and authentic as possible. Field doctor ticked all of these boxes and was so easy to order, a great variety of options to keep meals varied and interesting for her at a price which reflects the quality of the ingredients, the convenience and peace of mind for us that she is eating a perfectly balanced meal appropriate for her (heart) health condition.

I am 89 recovering from serious spinal problems but fit and active and since changing to Field doctor my general well being has improved considerably. The meals are very enjoyable and I do use a dash of Tabasco sauce and top up with veg which works well.

My Granddaughter recommended Field Doctor to me. I’ve just received my second box - I do two weekly deliveries. The portions are cleverly measured and full of taste and a variety of ingredients. I am well impressed and would definitely give a big thumbs up

Just received a meal with stringy spinach. It was just dumped in the meal in a lump.
Too stringy to cut and too ugly to stick in my mouth.
All I got when complained is sorry about that I’ll pass the message onto the chef.
No mention of a replacement or enticement to make sure I continued to use Field Doctors

I was kept updated about when my order would be delivered and given a time slot. I was so pleased my food was kept very frozen in excellent packaging.
This is my second delivery. I have special dietary needs I also need meals for one, I've tried other companies but they do not compare. There is a wide variety of low fodmap and gluten-free foods, they are all delicious. The meals are balanced, nutritious..and well presented..no bloating or feeling overly full..I do feel better healthwise, I know I'm eating tasty goodness.

Amazing food. It takes the pressure off me trying to plan nails all the time that are fine to have with my health conditions. So easy to put the information in when you start with them and know need to order every week. I never stress now I just take a meal out the freezer when I don’t have time to cook. The meals taste different to want a was expected because of all the healthy ingredients in them but they are amazing.

Great food, nutritionally balanced, wonderful customer service, always arrives well frozen even on hot days. Only reason I can’t give 5 stars is that sometimes the food can vary - occasionally a bit watery, or hard pulses etc. - but generally fine, and for the convenience and health benefits it’s still a fantastic option.
