When my computer suddenly crashed I was very skeptical to send away my harddrive and money. However, Fields Data Recovery has been professional, efficient, and did everything they could to restore my data. Yes, it was expensive, but worth it considering the hours needed to recreate the data and some couldn't be replicated. Thank you for making my life a bit easier in a crisis.

I called Fields about a clicking hard drive that wouldn’t mount. They were prompt. A+ for communication and process was easy. Turnaround was fast. They sent me a new drive with 100% recovered data. I would use them again.

Excellent Job recovered all my files on a 12TB Seagate Drive... Pricey undertaking, however, I did get my data back. Great job overall.

I wanted to get a raid array I had restored and was looking around for cheaper options I talked with a salesmen over the phone when asking for inquiries for pricing he told me it would cost $200 for the restore so I went with their process. Just for them to finish recovering my data and tell me the price is 1200-1600 dollars like why do you just lie about the price from the beginning we would have never had this problem.

This company is a real treasure for those who have data problems. I live in California, and in my case, they recovered files that I had lost in 2021. Even though it was difficult, they did it and sent me a backup of all the information on my hard drive in less than two weeks. Highly recommended. They are honest, friendly, and very professional. The end result was amazing! The only place I could find in the Midwest that could return my data to its original state with it on a new 1 terabyte drive. I wish there was a little more patience on the part of payment as I was waiting for a tax refund so that I could pay for the drive. Using affirm or offering such a payment option would have resolved that issue. Otherwise 10+ service

Other than a couple of initial communication glitches Fields did very well. One company I contacted said it could cost me up to $2,800. A local shop couldn't access the files but they recommended Fields for a more thorough procedure. Once I was in contact with the service team they were very responsive and informative regarding the status and progress of the corrupted drive. While they couldn't guarantee a full recovery of my two terrabyte drive, it appears that they succeeded and for far less than $2,800. And the former client who requested the files from my corrupted drive was far happier to pay that bill vs the price of totally recreating the project. ;-)

Every person we dealt with were knowledgeable and friendly.

The team at Fields Data Recovery were excellent especially my interactions with Julian & Ian. This was a difficult recovery of very critical data for my company. Most of my inquires with other providers said this was not a possibility for a successful recovery. The team explained the process and worked hard to make it a totally successful recovery. When you get one chance to make a recovery , this is the company to choose!

I blew a drive four years ago and Fields were invaluable in restoring the irreplaceable data so, whne it happened again, they were the first people I called.

This company shouldn’t even be getting a one star review. I went to a local company where I live but they couldn’t recover the data from an SD card. So they suggested it be sent out to this company and I decided to do it despite the cost. Only to call and get the news that this company lost my SD card!
