Highly recommended

Highly recommended! Wonderful device that I use everyday for almost a year now. Little technical issues here and there in the beginning but the team is always on to of things. Can't wait to get the new version!!!

It doesn't always transcribe accurately but close enough so far. I wish it was a little better though so I could use it for work.

It's a scam!

I ordered my product on November 4, 2025. So many excuses for why it hasn't arrived yet. It's exciting! It's coming. Thank you for your patience. Then....we have a new version coming out! It's worth the wait. Still nothing and they have the audacity to continue to send me marketing emails! They owe me $226.00!!!!! Do not trust this company!

Update: Interesting. They sent me an email this morning saying: "If you’d prefer not to wait any longer, we can proceed with a cancellation and refund. We just need one more confirmation from you so we can process it on our end." I confirmed again that I want a refund. Their next email said it is now on its way but the tracking number they sent can't locate it. More twisted stories.

A game changer when it comes to accountability

Had feildy for a day and so far I’m loving it I would just suggest a little bit more versatility when it comes to actually applying the transcripts other than just setting reminders such as even prompts that even mock up draft documents and ai fact checking and notes on summaries fully integrated to ensure the important stuff that requires questions get the attention they need. I can see so much potential with this device and to be honest I would love to be a spokesperson, I’m a brand new personal trainer, balancing working in hospitality, chasing leads, studying chemical engineering, and maintaining my own relationships whether it’s personal or professional can become quite difficult when it comes to retaining all the information I’m given. So far it’s been really helpful and I’m excited to see how I go in the future and what else comes out of this company.

Fieldy - the product AND the support

The Fieldy product works exactly as described, the service is excellent (prompt, polite, helpful). If you do run into a problem, (life, tech glitches etc), then the support is 10/10 on remedying the situation.
