Ordered bike came with a wrong color configuration of grips and saddle. New parts were send but again not working as it was the wrong size. Communication broke up at some point and my e-mail was ignored and not answered. A present turned into lots of work and time wasted.

I ordered Volaro Blossom 26" bicycle…
I ordered Volaro Blossom 26" bicycle with assembly (for an extra cost).
The delivery time was set to 7:00-8:00 on Saturday, which was quite inconvenient. When I asked for another possible time slot, I was told that a new time slot will be available only 1 week later. In the end, I had to adjust my plans to receive the delivery.
The bicycle was in a new condition. However, the headlight was attached in a wrong position, so that it was covered by the basket. Front brake was also not configured correctly. It was making noise due to the contact with the wheel. I had to reconfigure it.
It was very difficult to remove the shop's sticker from the rear mudguard.
Everything else was fine, the bicycle is good, the order was dispatched quite fast. If not the issues with assembly, my rating would be 5. Now it is 3.5.

Some glitches but still recommended
Customer service phone is always picked up without wait or delays.
To improve:
1. Give better estimates of bike stock status. I was told the bike I needed was in stock in black color and could be delivered within a week. After ordering, I was told it's not in stock, it's ordered at the supplier and will take 2 weeks.
2. Wrong battery was shipped. Instead of 500wh, I was sent a 300wh.

I received a cheaper version than I ordered
The bike I received did not comply with the information on the website (about €700,- cheaper). They claimed this information was a mistake. The only option they offered was to return the bike, where I would have expected that another form of compensation for their mistake would have been reasonable. The people I contacted responded very polite and quick.

Worst experience ever!! not reccomended, i bought my daughter a bike and she was so excited about it, i payed around 600 euros for that bike its called a school bike and it said it would arrive in a few weeks and as the time passed nothing, i payed 600 euros and u cant deliever bullshit?!?
