Respond was quick; service was very good as well , price I am aware it will be expensive every where , what you pay for materials , pay also for work which makes it double expensive. I understand but if you are average person it can be a lot.

Bad experience from the get go. Driver did not arrived on time, he did not use the address I provided and was very rude because I did not speak the language. Then, I find out that my back break does not work, so I had to make an emergency repair at a different shop that was closed to me as the bike was not rideable anymore. It turned out that when he replaced the back tired he damaged the back break. This is an electric bike, thus is more complicated and expensive to fix. The entire back break was damaged during the tire replacement. The bike is my only transport to and from work, so this is very inconvenient.
Just to replaced the back tire I paid 90 euros, now to replace the back break is another 120 euros. Do not recommend using this company.
I took the bike to the shop closest to me as I need it and because I thought it was a simple break adjustment I asked the shop to fix it, but it was not a simple repair. The fietsenwacht now refuse to help because I had it fix by someone else without knowing the damage was more than an adjustment.
