Nice packaging and easy to open. I also received a good quality key ring.

The coat feels like 'military grade', designed to last and with no corners cut. Superior to what you find on the high street, and no more expensive.
If you call, they pick up the phone, and will exchange for a different size without quibble.

Following a delightful shirt purchase, I chose a cap.
After checking inline what, S,M.L etc meant against actual measurements, I ordered a large (L) cap. It was too big. I returned it asking for medium. That was also too big. That too was returned and finally a small (S) was received. It fits! Fife Country have been supportive throughout. Will I buy from them again? Yes, no question.

Returned the winter coat as it was too small and requested a larger size. Received a direct reply that a larger coat would be sent forthwith.
Now I have a quality winter coat, superbly made and am completely satisfied. Thank you!

Really happy with the Hamilton shirts recently received. Good quality, very comfortable to wear. Great price. No trouble to replace them for a smaller size. One happy husband!

As soon as I unwrapped them, I could feel the difference in their soft cotton and careful finishing. These are warm shirts, but ideal between a normal shirt and a fully lined lumberjack type of shirt. I am very pleased with the colour and fit and will be buying more.

Great clothing; I've ordered several shirts and other items from Fife and all have been excellent quality. Only problem for Fife is that they last too long - couple of shirts into their third year and still great! Delivery and returns are prompt and efficient.

Excellent service from Fife Country products. Ordered a pair of Selkirk Moc boots. They arrived quickly and very well packaged but were a smidge too tight for me given my high arches. Return labels were included and the bag that they arrived in was re-sealable. Sent them back to exchange for the size above and they came through quickly, with tracking numbers provided. The new boots fit amazingly and I'm just blown away by the quality. The care for detail that went into the shoes - from the box to how well wrapped they were to the non-slip soles to the stitching and quality of the leather - is astounding. Put the first coat of dubbin on them and the leather looks and feels so vibrant. Extremely comfortable, too. Very happy customer - will definitely be buying more from Fife.
