Absolute delight to deal with a company that sells things it actually has! Good shoes, matching size and description, delivered timeously.

Our most recent purchase has been two polo shirts. The quality of these items is excellent, and the customer service exemplary, with a delivery received within 3days of ordering. In our opinion, the Fife Country online experience cannot be bettered.

After seeing Hoggs website l was impressed by their heritage and commitment to British country life and farmers. Thinking they were a company committed to supporting UK industry l ordered a pair of waxed country shoes. Having worn the shoes once l happened to notice that the shoes were made in China. After bringing this to Hoggs attention l found them to be not interested. So ignore the cosy country heritage feel of their website they are not as commited to UK industry as they may want you to think. Although l feel deceived l should have asked first rather than assuming the UK credentials of their products.

My father Peter Finch returned a coat to exchange for a larger size 2 weeks ago and has heard nothing .... no replacement or refund of his £99. He has tried calling all week for an update but no-one is answering. He has purchased a coat, hat and 2 shirts already which have been alright. My father is 81 and you’ve still got his £99 which he requires. My father’s Post Code is PO13 0FY. I would like a response to this enquiry urgently - I live in Scotland.

I Had to return two pairs of Trousers to Fife Country as the leg length was 34" and not the 33" as advertised.They refunded me the cost of the trousers but not the cost of the P &P incurred in sending me the trousers and in my having to return them.As the reasons for the return was of their making,This seems very unreasonable.Multiple communications to their Customer Services dept has failed to achieve even an acknowledgement.This is a standard of service I would not have expected from FC.

Very disappointed - ordered a cap 10 days ago in the sale - when there was no sign, emailed and was told to wait longer. Then emailed again and told it was out of stock. Poor comms. Very disappointed as wanted it for cold weather walking in lockdown and was a ta good price. Wouldn't buy from them again. Wait to see if the money was taken out or refunded.

When i ordered my waterproof items i was told the jacket was out of stock and would be a while so was offered an immidiate refund, im very glad i waited as am delighted with the quality, price and look of my jacket.The team were very good at keeping me informed, even calling on one occasion. Will be buying from Fife again.

From ordering to delivery took 6 days , very good considering its Xmas , I bought a Sportsman waterproof jacket , excellent quality, well made and looks great. With a 20% discount , a great price too. Will purchase from this company again and recommend to others.

Excellent and very fast service, excellent jacket, just what I needed, I was helped by Ashley in customer services who was friendly, efficient and very elpful indeed.
Would always look to Fife Country for things needed in the first instance.
