The entire process was smooth sailing from start to finish. Contact through emails and the app made it the easiest process from intake until I received my Rx. Even reordering was a breeze. I filled out the reorder form. Paid for Rx 24 hours later. Rx was on my doorstep in 48 hours. The entire process took three days.

What makes it great is that they respond immediately the same day and even sometimes late at night letting you know that a staff/nurse will be available first thing in the morning. Fifty410 is so responsive. I put in my request for a refill and they processed it in less than 24 hours. I tried another telehealth company and their customer service was not nearly as responsive so I was pleasantly surprised with the exceptional customer service I received from Fifty410.
