I ordered a personalized jersey and they spelled it wrong. I sent it back and I have been waiting almost 4 months for a refund! I had to do a chargeback with my bank and they still haven’t done it! I have emailed so many times and barely get a response.
Awful customer service and it’s shocking that this is the official retailer!

If I return the jumper I’ll have to pay for shipping again, ending up in double shipping cost to get nothing due to their mistake.
According with their policy they would refund only the goods in 30 days!

I ordered on the 13.6.24 something from the website. After nearly 2 Weeks there's still nothing here. I have already payed but the product is nowhere. They don't even bother to answer customermails or pick up the phone.
So if someone is thinking about ordering something from them please don't. It's almost a scam. You lose your money and product..
Customer care email was non-responsive, bouncing back and saying the inbox was full. The phone number to call was offline. When I finally got through they said it was to late to make any amendments.

Bad commercial service.
I made the order with a mistake in the shirt's customization (my fault) but just a few minutes after the purchause I contacted the customer service, they simply refused to make any modifications saying its too late. Commercial service is long gone...
I did two orders. One when I was in Italy for a holiday and the parcel did not arrive for 20 days, so I canceled the order.
I am still waiting for the second one, and after 8 days it is not been dispatched yet.
