I really wanted to like this provider to support a black owned business however it is a disappointment. Unless I am on wifi, I cannot access the internet when I am traveling. It shouldn't matter what plan I am on. Also, the platform is wonky, no way to update payment information or cancel your service without reaching out to customer service. Most of the representatives are foreign and there is a disconnect in communication. When I tried to activate service the guy told me the only way I could figure out the issue was to put the sim card in another phone. I ended up resolving the issue myself. I will switch to another carrier because this is useless if I cannot use the internet outside of my home.

The tablets were a blessing for my community. This type of generosity is rare in my community. The tablets will help many seniors and children. I'm so proud of Mr Figgers accomplishments. I want to thank him from the bottom of my heart. May he continue to be blessed. I believe this deserves 10 stars. There should be no one complaining but everyone does not have common sense,

The process of shipping and delivery was easy and quick. My item was shipped out promptly, and it arrived much sooner than anticipated. The delivery service was dependable, and I was kept informed about the progress of my item on a frequent basis. The products were expertly wrapped and shielded from any possible harm in the superb packaging. Overall, I'm really happy with the experience and will order from you again.

This is a consumer friendly company.. super helpful and generous regarding the lifeline and ACP programs. I would use Figgers again, whether or not I had to pay for my phone or my service.

I think It a great idea to keep educating the community and by giving free iPad to senior and kids, does just that. It enable the community to keep improving they learning ability and develop new technology skills.

Neither one my ear buds worked and they send me another it did work so I wasn't happy.

I would give zero!!!!! They don’t answer ANY communications at all. Now they are getting their money from the ACP, even though I returned their merchandise unopened!!!

I signed up for the ACP program thru Getinternet.gov and selected Figgers Communications as my ISP. That is where all my fun and my soul purpose in my life started. These guys suck a** with a bag of d*cks on the side. From day one, the service that I contracted with them has been lacking greatly. I have to call support two or three times daily to get them to "refresh my hotspot". The claim that support is available 24/7. This is not the case. After 5:00pm or on the weekends nobody picks up. In that case you have a boat anchor not a hotspot as it will not work until they do their "magic". After 30 or so days I requested to talk to a supervisor about the lack of service. He stated that my hotspot thru ACP is capped at 10gb per month. I pointed out in the ACP terms and conditions on their website states nothing about data caps. He might be confused about what the ACP is compared to cell phone lifeline program. It does state in the T&C for phone service that they will throttle data speed to 64KB. This does not apply to the ACP program. ACP provides uncapped and no throttling for the consumer. Soooo... yes that we're we are at now. I submitted a complaint about Figgers to the FCC thru the dedicated page for ACP complaints. Figgers is attempting to scam me and the FCC. I do look forward to Figgers response as they are required to file a response within 30 days per the FCC.
I will update this review as this piece of crap ISP tries to snake their way from the FCC and me.
