Its been months, they still have not refunded my monies. I paid them for flights + hotel booking. They part booked my hotel, I had to pay the rest. I showed them the receipt. They failed to honour that.

FLIGHTSMART.COM is a BAIT & SWITCH, online scam travel agency. They will advertise cheap fares but upon contact will suggest different price tickets. They often change accommodation venues citing numerous lame excuses. They might use CHANGE of SCHEDULE trick, once full payment received from you. Will inform you that there’s been Change of Schedule by the airline and that you’ll have to rebook for extra £250 per person. DO NOT PAY, ask to see documentary evidence by the airline.
Scam !!!! Trav at Fightsmart does NOT honor his on camera guarantee of “ total satisfaction” and being “ risk-free” and does it by citing his so-called terms of service , in which he totally negates everything he claims on camera. And he doesn’t just quckly say “ satisfaction guaranteed or your money back “ he spends quite a bit of time on camera enthusiasticly claiming that if you want your money back FOR ANY REASON AT ALL WHATSOEVER that he will give your money back. Then he charged me over seven hundred dollars for something that should have cost fifty bucks and then he refused to refund my money . Never try to do business with him , you will not only get burned you will have the crazy man sending you horrible emails to insult belittle and ridicule you as he has done to me .
