Most terrible webshop ever! ordered an device for our gym, paid but never any delivery.
If you call somebody will tell that "the board isn't available" and that they will forward your question. Offcourse nothing will happen afterwards.

Just an email that they have problems. We ordered in May and started to ask our money back in July, but nothing will happen, they even hang up the phone.

Costumer service only says the pass the message, nothing happens again.

Worst webshop and service ever.

Ordered an article, which was on stock ( according to the webpage). I wrote emails and made comments on the website under my order. No answers, only a followup email, that the article in not available. I am surprised who can such webshop still operate with such attitude

I placed an order in June 2022. Some of the items were not in stock. Fightstuff said it would be shipped later and shipped the rest of the order. This is fine.

We are now in april 2023 and I have still not received the remainder of my order. I have emailed about it several times and been told that the products are not in stock etc. I asked to be sent substitutes or a refund for the remainder of the order, but no luck there.

I have yet to received product to the value of around 150euro.
