Extremely Disappointed and Feeling Scammed

I ordered a pair of Everlast shoes on September 20th, and it’s now been almost three weeks with absolutely no updates on my order.(#ORD252693) I tried contacting the company, but there’s been no proper response, just empty promises and silence since.
At this point, I honestly don’t even know where my order is, and I’m starting to think I’ve been scammed. This whole experience has made me feel completely unsafe and frustrated as a customer.
Do not buy here. I really hope I can get my money back, because I doubt I’ll ever receive the shoes I paid for.

Unacceptable delivery time in 2023

I placed my order for boxing gloves on Tuesday August 29th, I write this review on the evening of Tuesday September 5th without having yet received my gloves. While I do hope and believe the gloves will be of great quality, I am highly dissapointed in the delivery time. We live in 2023 where the normal delivery time to be expected is 1-5 days. I frequently order from the UK and China to NL and recieve my packages within 5 working days. This package only had to travel 30km (from The Hague to Rotterdam) and it hasnt arrived in 6 working days. On the website it is written “same day shipment for orders placed before 5pm”, I am unsure why my order was shipped on Sunday (5 days later). Even if the processing time is 2-4 working days, that time has very much passed. Overall I am very dissatisfied with this process, and would recommend someone to order from somewhere with shorter delivery time. However still praying I will recieve the gloves soon and they will feel good.

Great website and reliable shipment

Good prices, easy selection and reliable shipping. Although one of the packages seemed opened or the packaging was damaged.
