Wish I'd checked reviews first

As you'll read again and again from these reviews, a lot of FiguresArt stuff is shipped from china. Plenty of blurb on their website about UK warehouses making you feel comfortable you are dealing with a UK company and nothing throughout the ordering process suggesting it's going to take up to 60 days to receive an item. You won't know this until long after you order to follow your "Royal mail standard tracked" link to see your item is probably still in Shenzhen a week after you ordered, then go check the small print on the website. Very disappointed, no chance of receiving before Xmas despite ordering 2 weeks prior. You have been warned!

If only I had ready the reviews before…

If only I had ready the reviews before ordering. I too ordered a Christmas gift without realizing that it was to come from China. They don´t specify this initially and I didnt realize until I checked the tracking. I ordered on Dec4th and the initial delivery was 16th. On the 16th it changed to between 16th and 19th. But there has been little movement for the past week. Update: It did arrive on the 19th in the end so I have increased the rating from 1 to 3 stars as it only took 2 weeks however they should really make it clear that delivery can take time when you are ordering.

Beware delivery from China

After writing the negative review below, th company did get back to me and were very helpful and friendly about delivery times and offered a gift. I was very impressed with their custormer service.

I am very surprised to find my order from Figured'ArtUK on 48 hour UK delivery is in fact shipping from mainland China....and taking weeks. The trustpilot scores are great, one of the reasons I chose this company.

Perfect sets.

Perfect Sets
I’ve been buying paint-by-numbers sets from Figured’Art for over a year, and every single one has been very, very good.
The canvases are high quality, without wrinkles, and with clear numbers. The size of canvas is enough for framing, which is also important.
The paints are always fresh and of good quality, with more than enough volume to complete each painting.
Yes, Figured’Art sets are not the cheapest. But considering how much time, effort, and care you put into each picture, using high-quality original materials is essential—and quality can’t be cheap.
So I can strongly recommend these sets. You won’t be disappointed.

Shipped from China, not the UK.

My paint by numbers is apparently being dispatched from China!
I ordered on the 11th December with an estimated delivery timescale of 3 to 5 days.
What a load of rubbish, my picture that was an intended Christmas present, now according to figured art, won't be arriving until the 23rd December.
They use UK as a prefix on their website to fool you into thinking that they are uk based.
I only became aware of the Chinese dispatch after checking my tracking info.
Nowhere on the website does it tell you where your item is dispatched from.
I feel cheated & disappointed & my intended recipient now won't have a Christmas present.

I had a problem with a canvas I ordered back in the summer and it took a while to sort but eventually the company put it right. I then received an email from Karren who very kindly asked me to pick a free PBN which arrived this week.

Not a UK company

As others have pointed out, everything comes from China, so takes ages. I too, ordered two paint by numbers for presents. As others have said, they arrived in a single box. Kaye, in their customers services team, was really polite and helpful, and sent out an additional box, but that also came from China.

Their carbon footprint is really not worth it.

Not happy

Not happy. Comes from China so takes ages then said it was delivered when it wasn’t delivered to me. When I complained a photo was sent which was not my property. Equally, tracking said delivered to an enclosed porch. Photo showed it chucked over someone’s garden fence. This was meant to be a Christmas present! Avoid.

Edit a few days later:
I can now say that, following extensive communication (and this review) with the company they have now arranged a refund with a discount should I try them again but, given my delivery experience, this is unlikely. Some items apparently are stocked in the Uk, others overseas hence the initial time delay. This was not obvious to me at the time of purchase; however the situation was further exacerbated by the Uk delivery company they use - Evri. Notorious in our area for very, very poor service. Another reason why I will not purchase again as I may never see that item either.

Ordered two of the custom paint by…

Ordered two of the custom paint by numbers. They took ages to arrive from china and have done so in one box with the canvas rolled together...these are for two separate presents! Have contacted them by their website but received no reply. I now need to go looking for alternative present...
I have been contacted by Karren who has been professional, understanding, and given me a solution.

Have been doing diamond art for about 2 years & I love it. I’ve done 23 pictures, some were other brands & quality was lacking but every kit I’ve gotten from Figur’d Art is always top quality. Anthony & Jacel have been very helpful. Highly recommend Figur’d Art over other brands.

Painting by Numbers

The range of paintings in their catalogue is excellent. The website is easy to navigate and the orders are confirmed and dispatched rapidly especially items in stock in UK. The order is well packaged.
The canvas is of good quality and the range of colours is excellent.
The pictures are all graded according to difficulty and I have found the grades to be accurate.
Overall Figured'Art produces excellent products which give hours of relaxation and enjoyment

I love your kits

I love your kits. The stones really sparkle, the symbols are nice and clear and the numbering of the colours is easy to follow. I recently ordered two kits to be made from photographs. I have not yet completed them but so far they are exactly as I had hoped for. Will send pics when both are completed

Excellent range of products to suit sll

The products supplied are first class. I had time on my hands so turned to Figured'Art for a project, the range is huge with something for everyone. Customer service was excellent. Highly recommend painting by numbers, so relaxing and rewarding.
