Absolutely outstanding quality for my…

Absolutely outstanding quality for my personal diamond painting , all the drills are exactly the same size , number and letter quality is really visible and it’s super sticky , There’s plenty equipment, trays , clay etc and super customer service through sale to delivery , I definitely recommend using this company , and I will definitely be using again , Thank you so much will send picture of completed piece one finished thank you once again

Changed printer

I am quite upset I’ve done many custom paint by number but they have changed their printer so all photos you send now come out looking like cartoons! I really wanted to do a few for family members for Christmas but won’t be using this company anymore am gutted! I did give them 5 stars before because i was so happy with the custom paint by numbers but now they have changed the printer people come out with missing eyes or fingers it’s just terrible.

Figured’ Art’s Excellent Customer Service

Jacel was excellent working with me to make sure I received the three ordered puzzles. They were purchased as a Christmas gift so I had not opened one box which held two of the three puzzles in the same box along with the needed supplies. Jacel did her best to make sure I had received what I had ordered.

I saw Figured'Art on a televised ad

I saw Figured'Art on a televised ad. I immediately went to their website and ordered 3 products. The package was promptly shipped to me. Unfortunately it had been damaged during shipping and the package had been torn open and 1 of the items was missing. I emailed the company along with pics of the damaged package. They quickly responded and I received a replacement within just a few days without any cost to me. I would recommend this company. I haven't started the projects yet, but I can tell you, the canvases are well done and high quality. 5 stars

Absolutely love doing these paintings

Absolutely love doing these paintings. I find them very relaxing and great to give as gifts too. There was a little hiccup when my order arrived but as soon as I contacted customer services they were immediately on the ball and sorted it straight away and they were so helpful. I’ve got 3 more ready to paint. Would definitely recommend you try one of the paintings.

Nice paintings and Great customer service

Have really enjoyed the 4 Paint By Numbers I’ve gotten from Figured Art. The finished products have been nice enough to frame and enjoy (and I have absolutely no art skills). Working on my last painting I had to contact the customer support to get a fresh set of paints as mine had dried out. The customer support was super responsive and had to do some investigation to figure out the correct lot# for my paints. It was truly a pleasure dealing with the customer support, which is so rare these days.
I also learned to record the paint set # AND the lot # when I first get a painting (the info is on the box but I don’t typically keep the box)

Magical Tree picture is beautiful!

I really enjoyed working this diamond painting. The symbols are so clear and easy to follow. The drills have good quality and the tool kit supplied is much better than any of those supplied by other diamond art kit vendor's I have used. Thanks for providing such a terrific product.

My experience with FiguredArt was wonderful! I had made a big mistake with my order. I wanted the best option for the one that uses your own photo but I mistakenly ordered the wrong option. I contacted the company & had an amazing Customer Rep.,Jancel, help me change my order. Original order arrived with torn…

Original order arrived with torn envelope causing one of the items to go missing. I contacted Figured’Art’s Katherine and she instructed me as to the procedure for recovering the lost item. I followed her instructions and the lost item was replaced in a relatively short time; shipping logistics being the main issue. I am now working on the kit that arrived yesterday, 10/20.

Best Customer Service

I have been ordering PBN’s with Figured’Art for years now and I’ve enjoyed every painting I received, but I want to mention how wonderful their customer service is. Wouldn’t order from them again

I ordered from this company specifically because they say at the very top of their website ‘UK stock delivery within 48 hours’. I picked a product that was green labelled and said delivery in 48 hours. It said on the email receipt delivery is Royal Mail tracked. I then got an email on the second day after ordering to say there were courier issues and it would be delayed. I asked for an estimate how long the delay would be. They replied they couldn’t give an exact date but would let me know when it was dispatched. So I asked for a refund as it hadn’t been dispatched after 4 days. They then replied I that I would have to wait until the following week for a progress report as ‘Big Blue’ are experiencing a high volume of deliveries. So I replied I was confused as one minute there were courier issues, then it hadn’t been dispatched and then it was the courier. And yet according to my email it was being delivered by Royal Mail. So unsurprisingly I have no confidence in this company and their big bold 48 hours delivery statement.

Update. So to be fair to the company on day 6 (and only in response to this review) their customer services manager got in touch, apologised, and make a full refund the same day.
