DO NOT TRUST THIS SITE , PREORDERED 5 MONTHS AGO & NEVER RECEIVED ANYTHING, OPENED A PAYPAL CASE AND THEY COULD NOT DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT. I REPEAT, DO NOT TRUST THIS SITE

One of the worse shops I've ever dealt with; They didn't send anything, no shipping conformation, no answers to emails; nothing. There was absolutly no contact possible with this shop!

I had to get PayPal involved in order to get my money back...

Avoid this shop, they don't send stuff (two weeks after I ordered them it still wasn't shipped!) and contacting them is impossible!

UPDATE:
I am leaving my original review for reference. I did get a couple of orders delivered just fine. However, in late November they lost a shippment (rather, handed it to the wrong carrier...), which was then returned to them totally destroyed. They even confirmed as much. I was then told that they would prepare a replacement shipment - which as of now, 2 months later, I never received. They also stopped replying to any emails regarding this matter. Just avoid this company - yes, you pay more with other stores, but there you are unlikely to run into problems like that...

I felt with all the negative reviews, it is only fair to add a more balanced one.

This shop is cheap, really cheap - if you get in on the early bird discounts. But they are neither very responsive not particularily fast on the delivery. But to me this is a trade of - they can offer such low prices because they run a very small operation with no/limited staff cost and obtain their products through larger but slow distributors, presumably. So if I order with them, I take these things into consideration. For other stuff, where timely delivery is important, or where the product is especially "valuable", I use other shops.

So far I have recieved everything I paid for, and for one issue I was offered a refund (which I decided not to accept and instead keep the figure with the small defect).

The web support tracking system does not work, you will never know IF and WHEN they will send you the article. If you call tobtheir support phone, IF they take the phone (not usually) they are very bad mannered. If you contact them via email they are very rude, rough and not professional at all.
And finally just as an example I have waited around 2 months and after opening a claim in Paypal, they sent me a product which clearly was NOT what I bought (they sent me minibust with cost 100€ instead of what I bought whch was a statue of cost 300€).
If I had payed with VISA I had lost my money, but thanks to paypal I was after more than 2 months reimbursed. However I had to pay 50€ to ship internationally the wrong product back to Germany.
In summary, I strongly don't recommend buting anything here.

No item, no refund. paypal wont refund as its a 'pre-order' even though seller has cancelled order and blocked account. AVOID

Attention. This Online Shop is Untrustworthy.

Do not buy from this dishonest and no professional website. They are arrogance, and don't understand how to use PAYPAL. They don't reply at the mail and play with the users/buyers. They cancel the orders for their convenience, and use a bad system to comunicate. So for your safity do not buy from this website, figureshop.de. I'm a collectors of 1/6 scale figure and this is the first time that I find this incompetent and arrogance people. Incredible! Repeat: for your sefity do not buy from this website. I can show all reply and screenshots.
