I have been looking for a replacement for Lush’s ‘I Love Juicy’ shampoo (and failing) for about 3 years since it was discontinued. I was so pleased to find Fiils! I love their ethos and their products. The tangy Lemongrass shampoo is amazing for my oily hair. I found I can use it every day and I use the conditioner every 2nd or 3rd wash (just a tiny amount on the ends or it is too much). It has taken a few weeks for my hair to adjust but it’s definitely worth it. I have a lot more good hair days now and I don’t get the build up that I get with other products. Very happy customer - I can’t wait to try out their other products!

Love the body lotion & that it comes in a reusable pouch

Received the set of bottles with the pouches of refill shower gel in pomelo and lemongrass. Very nice citrus scents who I love.
I then ordered the shampoo and conditioner in the rose scent. I am really impressed with these as I wasn’t sure what to expect. I have fine hair and this lathers up well and cleans my hair. The pumps are very convenient which I like and look aesthetically pleasing in the bathroom. You can post back the refill pouches which is really good as the company recycles the product packaging. I also ordered the travel pack of mini bottles which I also really like however these do come empty and for this price I thought they may have come pre-filled. I ended up just using toiletries that I already had left over to fill them instead. On the whole I really like the product and the fact it can be reused.

Both of the plastic tubes inside came off into the bottle. Not at the same time. But I t happened in both. Never will order again. Also ignored my emails. Over a month or so…heard nothing. I don’t care for this business at all.

How can I get the plastic tube when it’s lost in the bottle. Also the pump and tube came as one. I’m no fool. You ignored my emails or have a poor system and didn’t see it.

Also, it’s not half full…it’s half of a container. The brand is simply very odd and I’ll never return. Not half empty…half full. Weird slogan.

Why am I having to build the product. Zero point. Change suppliers. It’ll help!

Also listen to the reviews. People say the fragrance is intense.

All in all…it’s just not good.

I have ordered from this company and wanted to say that their products are wonderful 🤩 I have ordered coconut body lotion and it smells really great and amazing 😍 the reason why I ordered from them is that they use juice of aloe as first ingredient in their product line and I am so impressed by that. Please keep doing this and you will have +1 constant customer who loves your products ❤️ i tried lotion straight away and I can’t stop touching my hands, they are so soft and so smooth 🤤I definitely need to try theirs other products 🤣🤣🤣🤣

I wrote review a few weeks ago, got a reply saying I’d receive an email about an alternative formulation but haven’t received it. I really wish I could get my money back

Good products, pretty bottles and great service!

Excellent customer service and website. Great environmentally friendly product that wakes me up every morning in the shower.

The shampoo, conditioner and bodywash are great but a bit over-priced. The final straw for me was having to wait over 2 weeks for delivery, which they blamed on Royal mail. Its just not a convenient way to refill your shampoo, particularly when you have a tweenage daughter who likes to bathe in the stuff!

Great shampoo and conditioners. Smells amazing and leaves your hair feeling so soft and shiny. My hairdresser says my hair is the healthiest it’s been since starting to go to her. I’ve converted her to fiils lemongrass shampoo and conditioner!

My order was delayed because of the postal strike but when I queried it, the response was very quick. The order arrived only a few days later but I appreciated the friendliness and helpfulness of the customer support team. I haven't tried the products yet, but the packaging was of a good standard and there was a nice personal note included.

My whole family love fiils We each have our own bottle colour and favourite aroma. The kids like coconut and my wife and I like Pomelo. We are looking forward getting the travel set - perhaps Santa will bring it!

It's a great selection of products and shows that low-waste doesn't have to mean boring.

Amazing products! I love the shampoo but the rose conditioner is incredible!!! It's like a wonderful, thick mask that smells incredible and leaves my hair so soft.

The products are also wonderfully gentle and I also use them on my children's hair. I then love smelling their hair afterwards as the scents are amazing

Be prepared for less lather than you’re used to as there is no SLS, but once you’ve got used to rinsing a little bit more thoroughly it’s so worth it.

Absolutely loved the closed loop system more expensive than your standard High Street shampoo and conditioner but if you’re in a position to I definitely recommend paying a little bit extra for a product that’s planet friendly and gives great results. Body lotion and body wash is amazing too, my skin feels so soft.

Amazing shampoo and conditioner - I know it’s more expensive than high street, but it makes washing your hair feel amazing, and also great they’re so eco conscious! ☺️

Love the products - I bought the shampoo and conditioner and it was so nourishing! I actually like these better than olaplex…

As expected. Arrived in time and as ordered.

Took ages to arrive but is nice cream…not sure would buy again as is still packaged in plastic
