This company is a scam. We ordered filament and it never shipped. We tried contacting the company multiple times via the chat, the support site and never received a response. We ended up taking action via our credit card company.
Scam. I spent $740 months ago and they never shipped it. No response from customer service emails.
Tried purchasing a subscription box from filamentone and was lied too the entire time.. the website states they ship within 3 business days after 3 weeks of them contradicting themselves saying its being prepared for shipping then tell me it shipped when i got my tracking number which was the 3rd business day my emails were around the 10th day and on.... i have all emails backing that up also reading other reviews they had the same experience which makes sense why you cant use paypal to purchase they had to many negative marks im guessing .and why is there no comments on the Facebook page ? Im guessing they were all negative so now they try and control it.... avoid this company unless you like being led on impossible to get ahold of and full of stuff
