Scammers.

Scammers.
They steel money. Ask to pay 0.5 for a file then after 48 hours they take automatically 39.90€. Be aware from them.

This is a scam!!!!!!!!

This is a scam!!!!!!!!! They hide the fact that you have to automatically pay a hidden subscription fee of €39.90. And that you will be charged for this straight away without any warning. Plus you will have to manually find the subscription and cancel it yourself.
The only thing you can do is write a message to contact@ fileaura.io. (did this and now waiting for the answer). And they answer you that refund is not possible. Because you had to unsubscribe within 48 hours (???) They did not inform me that they automaticaly subscribed me for another month. Pure scam!!
I still want that 39.90 back!!!

I was also caught with a hidden subscription

I was also caught with a hidden subscription. I ordered a file conversion on Google Play and paid 0.5 euros. The result was poor, so I started looking elsewhere. Then they charged me 40 euros for a subscription I hadn't heard of. I wrote to them within 2-3 days of the subscription asking them to cancel and refund my money. They refused to refund enything, saying the subscription had already been paid for, so no refunds were issued. It's a scam. I'm paying for a service of terrible quality that I'm not receiving. Do not use this company

Do not use this company, it is a scam. It is best to contact your bank to cancel the payments immediately. I could not re-enter my account with them to see why they were taking random amounts from my bank, the password re-send never arrived at my inbox either.

Be careful don’t put your card payment…

Be careful don’t put your card payment inside . They keep your card and take money every month . Avoid this trap and go to police !!

Absolute scammers

Absolute scammers! I asked for a cancellation of my subscription and they emailed me saying it was cancelled as of 25/2/2026. Next month I am getting charged again the subscription of 39,90€ for something that was supposedly cancelled!

They didn't convert my file properly

They didn't convert my file properly, which i paid for then still took the monthly subscription fee after I had unsubscribed. I asked for a refund, and they denied it.

I payed 0,50€ to convert a Word…

I payed 0,50€ to convert a Word document into PDF.
I did not intend to subscribe to a monthly plan. I only used the service once to convert a document.
Nothing appears that suggest that you generate an account or you have submitted a monthly Plan, i have sended some emails buy they have not respond yet.

Absolutely awful

Absolutely awful. Paid for one document. And somehow without any warning or notification they changed €40 the very next day and added me to their monthly subscription.

I want to warn others to be very…

I want to warn others to be very careful with this company. They charged €40 from my account without my authorization and refused to refund it. I received nothing in return for this payment.
I hope the authorities investigate this fraudulent activity, as this is clearly not acceptable. Stay alert and do not give them your financial information.
