I bought a lifetime membership like 10 years ago and it's made my life so much easier. No more going to sketchy websites. I've grown so accustomed to having the service that one day my DNS wasn't working correctly and I thought the site was gone, and realized how much value the site has offered me through the reliability that it's provided me for a decade. It removes so much off my plate from me not having to go hunt for what I am seeking.

I have purchased lifetime membership with filefactory and it has been spectacular. It has always worked well and I have been able to download interesting things. It works very well.

I found out about Filefactory only a few months ago through a friend, who`s been using it for quite a while now, and I have to say I'm very satisfied with it. I`ve had the pleasure of downloading many of my artists' albums(mainly in Flac) and I'm grateful for that. I have certainly recommended Filefactory to many music-loving friends. The fact that the downloads take some time to be completed does not bother me at all because it is worth it!However, I was delighted to see that an E.L.P. album I started downloading just a few minutes ago, downloaded very, very fast!

I wrote a one-star review previously due to being unable to get a response from FF support for days after being locked out of my account.

I took the review down after they apologised and reported "the problem is fixed now."

A week later it happens again and my support request is still unread. So this appears to be the only way to get their attention

Update: Filefactory are now accusing me of extortion. I am happy to share emails and screenshots of chat with their staff from over the last two months. Plus receipts for payments to them.

I love FileFactory. I appreciate their product, and highly recommend them. Customer service is great, and I'm not sure how I would do without it...

I have been using FileFactory for a few years and find it most convenient and useful. Rarely have there been any problems. When a question arises it can usually be answered in the faq section of the site but when that isn't enough I have emailed support and they have always been able to deal with any difficulties I'm having. All in all FileFactory works as advertised.

I've been with File Factory for a few years now and I've never had any problem with them. On the odd occasion where I've had to reach out for help, Andy was very quick to respond and deal with my problem effectively and professionally. Overall, I feel valued and as if my money is well-spent. There are varied subscriptions and are all excellent value for money. There is also adequate warning when a subscription ends, which allows plenty of time to make sure there are enough funds to cover any recurring subscriptions. I would thoroughly recommend this company and will continue to use them myself as my website of choice.

Andy helped me very nice. He is an angel. As an old lady I am not so great with reading all the conditions you have to sign for when you start a 1 month trial premium account. I made a misstake by not cancelling in time (which was in the conditions). Andy understood this and made arrangements and everything is fine now. Because of his action now I want to be part of this nice community. Praise!

For 12 years am I a premium member from Filefactory en my experience is FF is trust worthy and you can mail them. They always answer you and are very helpfull. I don't want any other than Filefactory because they are the best!

I have been a member of Filefactory for more than 11 years, they offer a very reliable and safe service to store my files and also the support team is always ready to help.
