I have been with File Factory for many years and will NOT use anyone else. They have been with me every time I've had any problems..which haven't been many. Andy is Great in handling anything!

There are tons of real good movies available through FileFactory. The customer service as well as Tech services are super, The replies are prompt and thorough and are friendly as well.
They are always ready to reply to your inquiries and concerns in a timely fashion with detailed explanations.

I've used your site for many years without any issues without any problems. many times I was very pleased to locate hard find items. keep up the job.

Great service, highly recommended

I have been using FileFactory for downloads and transfers for a few years now, and the service has always been very good. On one occasion a few years ago, when I hit a snag, they got it straightened out VERY quickly. But this time, when I reached out to customer service with a question, they (particularly Andy) really went "above and beyond" to help.

After seeing that my subscription term was coming to an end in a few days, I purchased a one year renewal. Great! However, the following day was CyberMonday, and the company was offering an amazing deal for a LIFETIME membership... something that I would surely be happy to have! Oh well... opportunity missed, right? Well, maybe not. I decided that I would reach out to customer service at FileFactory to ask if there was anything that could be done. I really liked their service, and felt like I had lost out on a great deal.

The solution from Andy was for me, at my earliest convenience, to pay the difference between my one year renewal and the CyberMonday "Lifetime" deal and "Voila!"... I would have my lifetime membership! I hit a bit of snag trying to figure out how to get my payment in, but again customer service walked me through it, and now I'm all set.

I can't think of too many companies who are willing to "bend the rules" even a bit anymore. But FileFactory realizes that with regards to customer service, providing true, thoughtful "service" is how you keep a "customer" happy! Thanks, Andy!

I have been subscribing to Filefactory for the past 10 years. We have never had problems with both uploads and downloads, very fast. Excellent support from the team, especially Andy. My employer uses another smaller local company, ok but definitely not as quick as Filefactory.

I have been a user for about 7-8 years and have always had quick and reliable uploads and downloads at a fair price. I have never had any issues with speed or connections being interrupted. I recommend tham highly.

File Factory is fantastic, and the speeds are great for both uploading and downloading, I have been with them for about 4 years, and I can honestly say, I have never had a problem with them.

I have been a member for almost ten years now & have always been impressed with the download speeds and ability to actually search gr things. Been using sites like Rapidshare & Megaupload & when they bit the dust, Filefactory was still going strong!

Email addresses change and so did mine. I reached out for assistance and was immediately contacted with an update my 'new' mail had been updated and to use a generic pwd to log in the first time. I was able to log in successfully and make the n necessary changes to my pwd and re-login to change my account and it worked flawlessly! Now that is service above and beyond!

I have subscribed to many different download companies over the years, but File Factory is the best i have used. I get unlimited downloads and if i have had any issues or problems they have a great support team to help. I would recommend File Factory to anyone who wants a fast reliable service.

Easy to use. reliable, if you need assistance quick to reply and fix any issue you may have. I found FileFactory 12 years ago and have never looked back. I use on most days and its the only site to go to to download almost anything you can think of. It is incredibly easy to use, the downloads are fast, and the ability to share files with anyone (or just a select few) is as simple as can be. I strongly recommend Filefactory and am convinced that this is one of the best and most trustworthy Download Companies on the Web.
