Though the actual download part is ok, they FRAUDULENTLY advertise similar rates to others, but NO, it's UNTRUE. You pay an EXTRA 40-60% when you use one of the suspicious payment methods. Paypal is offered, but NO, that's a scam. Don't get your card compromised.

Absolute garbage. Chaotic. Paid for multiple subscriptions and get about 20% usage. Ridiculous. Awful. Avoid.

After registration with this service , i started to receive huge amount of spam on my e-mail EVERY DAY.

it works ok but when i told them i was billed about $10
too much, about 5 weeks ago still have had no reply,
other file host give you extra days if you pay too much.

Used this file host for a month and totally satisfied with their services. Great download speed and very big cloud storage for premium users. Now i'm thinking about subscription renewal.

I have bought premium VIP memnbership since some files that I wanted to download only available at filejoker.
They have 100gb download limit per 5 days which means 20gb per day. It is exremely low when compare with their competitors.
Besides my account reseted after every 3 or 4 for downloads due to "suspicous download" as ther justification but they double counted my unfinished downloads.
My account has been reseted may be more than 15-20 times in one month susbsription period.
I wanted to access customer services, I've sent more than 5 messeges but no response no answer in any way.
I never choose this service if some files does not exist only at their sysytem

One of the best file hosts i have ever used. Good download speed and almost unlimited cloud strage for your files if you are a premium user. Exactly what i need.

I would like to say that this filesharing service called FIlejoker is an extremely slow service. I have 1gbit/1gbit connection at home and the highest speed I was getting was up to 3MB/s. Don't use them unless you want to ''throw away your money''. Even if you contact them via the support ticket, NOTHING will be fixed. And yes, I was a Premium VIP customer. But people do use them, and that's a well known fact and the reason why people use them is not a good one.

Too expensive..
Other services like Rapidgator has unlimited downloads per day and even some of the famous ones like Keep2share has a 30-50 GB limit per day.
This one has 30Gb for 5 days or rather 6 GB per day.
Don't waste your money.

Have no ideas how this site shows 4+ stars. Extremely low cap and 5 day wait periods make for utter garbage usage. Feels like a sham site to this point for how this experience plays out. Do not recommend this service to anyone
