I was expanding my business from Saudi Arabia into the UK and honestly had no idea how the company formation, taxes, and compliance side works there. It felt a bit overwhelming at the start.
I came across fileminder.co.uk and they basically handled everything for me. From setting up the company to guiding me through the tax requirements and ongoing obligations, they made the whole process much easier than I expected.
What I really liked is that they’re very responsive. Whenever I had questions, I didn’t have to wait long for answers, and they explained things in a simple way without overcomplicating it.
Also, the pricing model was clear and fixed, which I personally prefer as a business owner. No surprise hourly charges, just a straightforward package. Compared to other options I looked at, they were also quite affordable.
Overall, they made something that felt complicated feel very manageable. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone trying to set up a UK company from abroad, especially if you’re not familiar with the local system.
