They recovered pretty much everything aside from a couple minor files that were corrupt and I'm extremely relieved and satisfied by their service. The only downside was the cost, over $1,000. They gave me a broad range of an estimate for recovery and I happened to be on the high end. However, they diagnosed the drive for free where most other places were $300 at least.

I had a client who had an un-bootable hard disc drive (HDD). I tried to recover the data unsuccessfully. I have been able to do so in the past on a few occasions but I have a limited tool set for data recovery. This company has the best tech professional you can find in the whole country. They have a broad background about all types of lost and recovery problems. I was doing my college research work that night. I was preparing this research report since six long months and was at towards the completion. YES, these guys are AWESOME!! I called their office (that is the closest office to us) because we were having problems as all our documents from important clients were lost.
