Subscription trap
Subscription trap, charged a “one-time fee” of €0.60 for a file conversion except they automatically sign you up for a €39.95 monthly subscription without telling you (obviously somewhere deep in t&c) which is quite crafty. However, thanks to Julie she has helped me resolve this issue which is a positive. I would still advise reading into this company before using them if you don’t want to be automatically signed up for a subscription.

I accidentally paid for a premium subscription that I didn't need, after forgetting to cancel the trial within the allotted time . So I emailed support and a member of the customer support team, Julie, helped me directly and approved a refund.

I paid €0.60 for what I understood to…
I paid €0.60 for what I understood to be a one-time file conversion. After 48 hours, FileWorld charged/reserved €49.95 for a subscription.
To their credit, after I contacted them, they cancelled the subscription and refunded the €49.95 quickly. However, I do not remember the subscription terms being presented in a way that made this later charge obvious before paying. Had I understood that the €0.60 payment started a 48-hour trial followed by a €49.95 subscription, I would not have used the service.
For a simple file conversion, this pricing model feels misleading to me. Check the terms very carefully before entering payment details.
