We have just arrived back from our stay at this beautiful Lodge. It is really like a home from home with every single thing/item thought about.
Gordon was amazing from the start of the booking up until the day we left with communication.
It's so close to the main complex but not noisy. You do hear the odd person but nothing to complain about.
The Lodge itself was extremely clean & tidy with all facilities easy to use.
We will definitely be booking again.
If I could give more than 5 stars, I would.

This was our second visit to the caravan. The immaculate caravan is situated in a lovely cul-de-sac very close to all amenities. Gordon our host was most informative and helpful.
The caravan has everything we required. I would highly recommend this caravan.

Everything about the caravan and owner was excellent.Great location near bus stops and entertainment venues.The owner gave us advice on everything we would need before we arrived. Blue Dolphin is on an excellent bus route so we visited Filey/Scarborough and Whitby all by bus . I would definitely recommend the Haven Site/Owner and Caravan

We have just returned from Gordan's caravan after a 3 night stay. What a pristine caravan, spotlessly clean with everything you need. The caravan is in a lovely cul de sac position and close to the amenities. Highly recommend breakfast at Hunmanby Gap cafe, lovely peaceful spot and beach!

This is definitely the nicest caravan we have stayed in and will definitely return we don’t have a bad comment to make. My children had an awesome time. The host were so accommodating and communication was great any questions were responded to within minutes. The first thing we notice was how lovely and clean the caravan smelt. The best part even in autumn was the balcony it runs all the way round the caravan and my two children spent most of there time playing out. Even better it has a lovable gate for piece of mind. It is located in a quiet cul de sac with a large grass area perfect for my football loving son. Located right next to entertainment less than a 2 min walk. It is so well equipped for kids with loads of games and colouring and sweets. It even has plastics plates and cups for kids. There’s loads of baking trays pans plates etc everything you need. It has a hairdryer and dressing room with a toilet in the double bedroom. Then 4 more single beds. The heating system is easy to use. It has great WiFi and Tv facilities with Netflix Disney etc. Gordon compiled a list of places to visit which was so helpful! My son was so gutted to be leaving and has asked if we can go back in the summer.

The caravan is in a beautiful location on the site. Ideal for a mature couple such as Christine and I. But is ideally suited to a family with young children. The caravan offers, main bedroom with double bed and ensuite. 2 smaller bedrooms both with 2 small single beds for the children..kitchen cupboards are well stocked with ample amounts of crockery and pots and pans. Plenty of utensils. Anything that we needed was provided in that respect. Bluetooth speakers in the ceiling of the dining room, also a smart TV, where you can log into the likes of netflix and amazon prime. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there and I would highly recommend it.

My self and a party of 3 stayed at Gordon's caravan from the 9th until the 13th it had everything we needed just 2 minutes walk to the complex Would definitely stay here again in a very quiet cul de sac very close to Bridlington and Scarborough and only short drive to hull

a real homely experience the caravan was lovely with everything you could need and very comfortable gordon was a gentleman from start to finish making sure our stay was hassle free with regular updates and help if needed many thanks would book again for sure

Absolutely wonderful fortnight weather was fabulous which is a bonus. Gordon was so helpful and friendly nothing was too much trouble. The caravan is in a lovely cul de sac with a grass section in the middle where the kids can play and be safe you can sit on the balcony and watch them.
2 minutes walk to amneties and well lite at night. The caravan is lovely clean and very spacious 3 bedroom and main bedroom is bigger than most with en-suite
I will be booking every year I can as it’s important to me that it is a home from home and I am comfortable with the van and owner which I am more than happy.

Beautiful home from home.
My family and I have just returned from a weekend break, caravan is situated in a quiet area, but close to all the amenities. Throughly enjoyed our stay, Gordon and family, thank you for sharing your beautiful caravan

This is a fabulous caravan and ideally located on this site which offers a great family holiday. The owner was really friendly and gave us all the information needed and recommendations etc. It has all the facilities that you need and is close to all the amenities. Check in was set at 4 but the owner texted us earlier to say it was ready which was great. The park itself is fantastic with two separate entertainment lounges. My daughter had a fantastic week doing all the activities and the staff were all great and welcoming. We loved staying here and if we go back will definitely book this caravan again.

We recently had a lovely stay at this caravan. The owner was very helpful and answered any questions we had before arriving. The caravan is fully equipped with everything you would need if you decided to cook in the caravan. Beds are comfy and the master room is very spacious, we had enough space to put my daughters blow up toddler bed at the base of our bed, which would be ideal space for a travel cot. The blue dolphin site was great and fantastic for families, lots of entertainment, places to eat, swimming and fun activities. We had the most amazing time and will definitely be back. Thank you for a fantastic long weekend.

Me and my friend had a wonderful weekend break here. A little home away from home. Lovely and clean and has everything you need for your stay. Communication with the owner was prompt and friendly. It is perfectly situated for visiting the North Yorkshire coast. Thank you for a marvellous stay.

I am about to write about my time staying at this beast of a holiday home (“Caravan” does not do it justice).
However, what I’m about to write may lead you to thinking / believing that I am, in some way, either related to the owners - Or that I financially benefit from the property in some way.
I am not.
I do not.
So let’s proceed.

Goodness me.
EVERYTHING was PERFECT.
Couldn’t have been more perfectererer.
Okay, I’ve lived a sheltered life, but…
I didn’t know you could have a full size fridge freezer, a full size gas cooker, a dishwasher, a shower that leaves you tingling, actually comfy beds and decent internet in such a place - But you can.

Years ago, I worked on holiday camps. The caravans I was given to stay in were enough to put anyone off caravans for life. However, had I been given something like THIS to stay in, I fear that bailiffs would have to have been called to get me out.

I’m yabbling. I’m sorry. Back to why you’re reading this…

From the entire unit itself (Clean, comfortable and aesthetically stunning) - To the friendliness and perfect hosting of Big G (as I’ve never called him), I cannot recommend a stay in this wonderful home from home enough.

Incidentally, one of the nights we stayed, the weather was VILE. Howling winds and vicious, horizontal, lashing rainfall. HOWEVER - Inside, you just would not have known. There was no rocking / shaking - And the rain, as nasty as it was, was more than adequately soundproofed due to the terrific build quality.
Thought I’d include this info as hey - It’s the North Sea coast - And weather like this CAN occur from time to time!

In conclusion:
Thinking about it? Don’t. Just book it. Book it now. You will NOT have ANY regrets.

The caravan was lovely, very homely. The location was great. Lovely cliff top walks. The owners very helpful and all questions were answered promptly.

Lovely caravan, and ideal location for days out with a young family. Extremely clean, with excellent communication from the owner, it is situated on a quiet ‘cul-de-sac’ but within a minute’s walk of the park attractions; perfect for a weekend away. We will definitely return!
