Misleading!! untrustworthy

Yesterday afternoon, I got the Filler House number from someone. And I called for info. During the call, an appointment was scheduled for today at 1:45 PM. During the call, there was never any mention of no-show fees, etc. They only said the appointment is noted and you will receive a confirmation by email. THAT'S IT.

This morning I received a phone call saying that my child had gotten sick and had to go home. So I immediately contacted Filler House to reschedule the appointment, and they indicated that I have to pay 50 euros because I won't be coming. I found this very upsetting! Because it was never discussed, and it concerns an emergency situation.

They say that I had to cancel 24 hours in advance, even though the appointment wasn't even made 24 hours ago!! And that this info was in the email.

I quickly went to read the email, and it states: DURING the making of the appointment, you agreed to the no-show fees!!! It was NEVER DISCUSSED DURING THE MAKING OF THE APPOINTMENT!! They say make a new appointment and then the money will be settled.

So I indicated that I no longer want to make a new appointment because I no longer trust their company since it is so misleading... I received an email at 11:28!!!!! stating that I did not show up for the 13:45 appointment!!!!!!! And that I have 24 hours to pay the €50!. It is not even 13:45 yet and I am given 24 hours to pay the 50 euros!!! People, please pay attention!!

I just read on Google that they were under increased supervision between 2022 & Nov 2025. (Snippet from Google) The inspection determined that between late ’22 and early ’25, fillers and Botox were administered by employees who are not independently authorized to do so. So now I absolutely do not trust them anymore!.
