I received a product and it came ripped…
I received a product and it came ripped it's to press on garments so the DTF prints sticks to the fibers. I reached out for help. They said they would help me next thing. You know, six days have gone by and nothing. I wrote three different emails and they're ignoring me. I wouldn't trust the company. And just get the product from the original sellers, not these people, because who knows if it's even the actual product considering the way it came in and not in original packaging, it was just a yellow mailer.

Very poor experience
The UV DTF sticker service I have received from Filljet is really really bad. The print quality is quite bad. The orders get fulfilled late and some never get fulfilled. The support system sucks. Once the artwork got mirrored. The last order was never received after more than a month and contacting support didn't help. They have outsourced printing and support and clients like me just suffer. I have completely stopped dealing with Filljet and have turned to another supplier for my needs.
