Immaculate company. Ordered 2 visual vengeance blu-rays and not only did they arrive for the release date but they released early. Packaging was amazing. Won’t hesitate to order from them again. Thank you

Preordered the Girl who leapt through time on 5k uhd it did not dispatch I wrote to ask when was it a few messages later they said they had delays then o asked again nearly 2 weeks after date if they had an update still they did not even bother to reply and so I charged back from PayPal. It was my first and last experience with them. Having an actual customer service and communication didn’t seem to be importsnt to them. Oh I managed to get the uhd much quicker elsewhere now after all that

I'd been looking for a film for ages. It's not streaming anywhere and the blu ray was very expensive on Amazon. I found it on Film Treasures and a much lower price and it arrived within 24hrs.

I’ve bought from Film Treasures a few times and especially for those in the UK, they are a godsend- the postage and taxes on import Movies and collectibles often put them out of my budget- so to be able to get them faster and cheaper in the UK is fantastic. Their stock selection is pretty broad too- not just horror.
Their customer service is excellent- if you contact them, you aren’t talking to a chat-bot, you are talking to a person who works for the company. Huge thanks for them today for helping me track down something I have been looking for but had given up on.

Not really the best packaging so Blu-ray was damaged during transport. Returned for a refund as it then was out of stock. Seller promised to also refund the return postage but that never happened and seller does not respond anymore.

Update: I had long given up on this, it’s been like 4-5 months now but suddenly I got the return postage refunded. Better laaate than never I guess, but anyway, I’m giving them two extra stars for fulfilling their promise after all.

Been using this website for awhile now and they are the best one in the UK for underground/hard to find films. In the past I had to import from the US which was very costly due to postage but with filmtreasures the delivery is very cheap and very quick!

Used them for the first time and will definitely use again. I bought the US 4k blu ray of The Warriors and was firstly very impressed with the price - cheaper than getting from the US and without the threat of any import duty. It arrived within a few days too, much quicker than I was expecting at this time of year.

Fast dispatch, 48hr delivery and the film (phenomena 4k) arrived in mint condition. Will be ordering more from this company.

Found a collectible that was hard to find in the UK because of its recent production discontinuation. Not only did they have it, the price was much better than other places which had this item in stock. There was a little bit of a wait, however considering the item isn't easy to come by in the UK, that is understandable. Highly recommended if you live in the uk and like collectible items. I will be checking this site out more in future.

I have used this company a few times, and their service is beyond excellent. They have items you can’t usually find anywhere - DVDS etc.. I have been looking for a certain “Hammer Horror” movie for years, and found it with Film Treasures. Quick dispatch and very helpful.

Great finding a UK-based company that can supply a fantastic range of physical media, including boutique labels/titles from the US.

I've placed a couple of orders recently for some US 4K discs/ Both orders were dealt with quickly, with tracking information supplied, and, extremely importantly for collectors, excellent packaging. All discs arrived in pristine condition. So glad I found this site and will be a regular customer.

Just placed my first order and it arrived the next day. The Blu-Ray had been carefully packaged which was very much appreciated as it was the last copy of a limited edition. The website offers a range of films from the best boutique labels so this is a great service if you're based in the UK as some of those labels do not ship overseas. I will definitely be making more purchases and recommending the site to friends.

As a lover of physical media & genre films I was initially thrilled to find a UK based company that I could support.

Unfortunately that didn’t last long. Despite their own T&Cs saying they will refund or replace any missing UK order after 7 days, they refuse to refund or replace an order I made that hasn’t arrived after 65 days. At first they fobbed me off with excuses & then stopped engaging with me at all.

At a time when the hobby is getting more expensive, disingenuous & cynical companies like this are the last thing we need in the space.

Wonderful selection of horror movies and merch. Hard to get items from places like America. Very fast delivery if you live in the UK. All items come brand new so I would recommend this online store if your not looking to wait 2-4 weeks for items from overseas. Would order from them again!

Fantastic store, badly needed in the UK, where it's so hard to pick up a lot of these films without paying over the odds on ebay or by having to pay extra for currency conversion, etc. Amazing selection, fast turnaround, helpful staff.
