I bought two air filters from them, and one of them is producing an oily smell when I install it and run my air filter. I asked for a replacement and was told to return it at my cost and that there would be a restocking fee since I already used it. Total garbage service, and unlikely a real HEPA product. I'm pretty sure the quality standards of producing a real HEPA product, which is supposed to filter impurities, includes making sure that you do not sell the HEPA filter with an impurity on it.

Passive aggressive rep Angie either woke up on the wrong side of the bed with life issues we all face/experience or maybe she is just a miserable human being in general I'm not sure and won't being talking to her again to find out. She doesn't like to answer people's questions and will shrug them off with fake female politeness. Definitely not a " woman's woman" as the saying goes. I hope not all filter monster's reps are like her and that I can eventually get my questions answered. Fitting company name if they are. Filters seem to work well.
