This is the best product I’ve bought in a while! I have noticed a drastic change in my water. My hair and skin feels so much smoother. The installation was easy as well!

My skin and hair are super sensitive to cold weather . After a week of using the Filterbaby Diamond Series shower filter, I'm happy to say my hair's shedding less! And my skin and scalp aren't dry anymore. It really does filter out the harsh chemicals. Highly recommend!

Terrible company. I ordered 2 filters. They never delivered. When I notified the company, they wanted me to pay $27 to reship. When I asked them to minimize the ship charge they would not do it. Even if it meant losing my business long term. They immediately cancelled subscription and closed out my claim. I am now out of $120. This is all I need to know about this company.

Terrible terrible business practice. They claim the products were shopped but my address is a secured lockbox. The items did not arrive and they could not, would not, make it right. I do not care what the usps tracking states. I have no idea what they shipped or even if they got the address correct, as it never arrived.

The product is really easy to install and did not take a lot to put into my own sink. The feeling of the water feels such better after I wash my face now. The product still has great quality of water coming out and the filter absolutely great!

I LOVE the Filterbaby!!! It makes the water pressure perfect, and I love how I can switch between filtered and unfiltered water. One of my friends got one, and she raved about it. I’m so glad I hopped on the train because this thing is AMAZING! My skin feels hydrated and not dry after washing my face, and the little filaments on my forehead have reduced. It was also super easy to put on, the video they give us basically does half the work for you. Only took us like 15 minutes. I wish I had one when I was still living in my apartment, but better late than never!!

Smooth and fast delivery. Packaging felt high quality and luxury. Integrity of product felt amazing and instructions were so helpful. It made putting my filter on so easy. I absolutely love the toggle feature between filter and tap which can prolong the life of my filter if I wanted to reserve filtered water for teeth brushing and washing face, not washing hands. Literally 10/10! The seller was amazing, product came super quick, and installation was super simple! They even provided a tool to remove the aerator that was already in my sink. I am so excited for this product.

I've been using FilterBaby for just short of 6 months and have not noticed any difference. When I change my filters they are still completely white but I know I have crappy water so I'm not sure what it's filtering exactly. I canceled my subscription.
