It's easy and with the filters coming to my door I dont forget to change them!

Wouldn't fit as the plastic clips kept it from going in I had to trim off the plastic clips to install it.

I absolutely love the air filters from Filters Direct USA. You can really see the difference compared to the typical store-bought filters. These are thicker, higher quality, and they capture a lot more dust and debris — which means all that stuff isn’t floating around in the air I’m breathing. I was honestly surprised how much they trap. The antimicrobial protection is a great bonus, and I can tell the air in my home feels cleaner. Once you see the difference, it’s hard to go back to regular store filters. Highly recommend!

Love the product and the ease of getting it in the mail on a schedule. Automatic reminder to change the filters and I love that I'm not also throwing away a frame each time. Appreciate it!

I have allergies and change my filters every 30 days. This service is great! I love that everything is on auto pilot and they just arrive each month. No more need for me to set reminders on my calendar, phone or with Alexa. The price is also a great value!

Delivered by USmail and was shoved like a ball into the mailbox. I used several things to weigh it down to get it into a shape to fit the frame. Not exactly your fault but maybe a note on the packaging to USPS?

How hard is it to find custom size HVAC filters??? Let me tell you, when you have an odd size, it is near impossible without spending hundreds of dollars!!! I had a really unusual custom size filter request. After reaching out to Mark to make sure they could do it, he assured me they could and so I went forward with my order. Once I got them, I could see how easily it would be to replace the inner filter with the outer frame. I placed them in my vents and they fit perfectly! I noticed a reduction in the dust that was coming through my HVAC almost immediately, no more flying fairy dust in the sunlight!! I am so happy I found a new home to get my weird sized custom filter frames and could not be happier with the excellent customer service! These folks are the real deal and I am happy to support a small American business! Thank you!!
