  1. Water Filter Supplier

Written by the company

Filtrazen is an Australian business making shower filtration for people who care about their skin and hair. Our product, the ClearFlow shower filter, reduces chlorine, sediment and hard-water minerals right at the showerhead, before the water reaches you. What makes ClearFlow different is that you can see it working. Most shower filters are sealed, opaque pods you have to take on faith. ClearFlow has a transparent housing, so you can watch the media change from clean white to brown as it captures impurities over roughly three months. When it's spent, you'll know, with no guessing and no reminders needed. Inside each capsule are four stages: a sediment shell for sand and rust, activated carbon fibre for chlorine and odours, calcium sulfite for chlorine in hot water, and KDF-55 copper-zinc media to help reduce water-soluble metals. It fits standard Australian shower arms, fixed or handheld, and installs in about two minutes with no plumber and no tools. We ship Australia-wide with tracking. Adelaide metro and Adelaide Hills orders placed before midday on a business day arrive the same day, and interstate orders usually arrive about three business days after dispatch. Unused items can be returned within 30 days, and faulty items are covered under Australian Consumer Law. Our ClearFlow Club delivers fresh refill capsules every six months, so your filter never runs on a spent capsule. Questions? Email support@filtrazen.com. And if you've showered with ClearFlow, we'd love to hear how it went, good or bad.

Hi Najeia, thank you for trying ClearFlow and for the honest feedback, and thanks for chatting with us. Low water flow after fitting is usually caused by the thin protective film on the filter. Just twist the clear housing to open it, peel off the film covering the filter, then twist it closed again. No tools needed.

Once your water is flowing properly, we'd really appreciate it if you could update your review to share how it's going. If anything still isn't right, email support@filtrazen.com or WhatsApp us on +61 423 804 909 and we'll make it right under our 30-day money-back guarantee.
